Ryan and RDH plumbing came through for us in a big way this past weekend. We had flooding in our basement from all the rain like hundreds of other people did also this weekend. We tried several plumbers and Ryan came through late on Saturday evening. He called us back and explained he was stuck in another basement but said he would help us when he was done if we hadn't found anyone else. He ended up coming to change out our sump pump around 8 pm. He was friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced for the situation. I would highly recommend RDH for any of your plumbing needs and will use him again in the future as the need arises.

Ryan did such an amazing job (and in record time) with the greatest amount of care for my mother replacing her water heater. He shifted his schedule around considering the urgency of our need and we couldn't be more pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism. I'm flipping a condo and there was a slight gas smell that would come and go, we thought it was the oven so we shut it off and the smell was still faintly there.

We called nicor and they diagnosed the issue.

RDH came out in less than 2 hours took inventory of what would be needed ... came back and fixed the issue and we had the gas back on and tested later that day.
Fair price for skilled labor and quick response.

Thankfully, Ryan came out to rescue us after dealing with four other plumbers that couldn't do the job.

My wife and I prefer hot water at the kitchen sink rather than wait, wait, wait. Ryan suggested a circulating water line and pump that would give us instant hot water and that's exactly what it did.

We also needed to change the location of our exterior garden hose to make way for an outdoor kitchen on your patio. His recommendations, fast track installations and attention to detail provided excellent results.
