All I can say is WOW! When I came in town to visit my elderly parents there was a plumbing issue that needed service asap. We were lucky to catch an opening with RD Smith who came out the same day. RD fixed our issue quickly, effectively, and without a mess.
My advice is if you need a True Master Plumber you can't afford to call anyone but R D Smith Plumbing.

I know this is a family run business and I try to support those, having had one myself, but I had to give low stars due to a customer service issue.

My 80 years old mother hired this company to come out to fix a clog. It was partially fixed, and I'm fairly sure the part that could not be fixed were due to how poorly the original house was built, my issue however, was that he left the work area covered in feces and waste materials.

Apparently he also didn't move items back from near the area where he was working, and then when he was done he told my mother he's a plumber not a cleaner and left! She was so upset! So my 80 year old mom was in the basement trying to safely clean up bathroom waste that was all over her floor.

I live far away so I have to hope that local businesses are fair and don't cheat her. We have had that issue previously. This business definitely should make it clear before they start working that they will not clean up the poop they may get all over the floor. Something they should definitely make elderly customers aware of. Plus, it unhygienic. I'm surprised that's even legal, but there you go.

The work may have been great, but it was completely over shadowed by this mess!
