I needed to have 2 PRV valves replaced. The guys arrived on time and did a very difficult job as one of the valves was up against my AC Duct work. They were $150 less than the cheapest quote I got. They worked quietly, neatly and when they finished they actually cleaned up (unheard of)!! There would never. be a reason for using another plumber!

From the initial contact he was very responsive and came over to look at my water heater, he contacted Rheem to check warranty status. He came back the next day, drained, installed, repiped and did an amazing job. He even went out of his way to complete the task.He's relentless, knowledgable, and personable. When we moved into our new house it needed lots of plumbing work. I can't recall who recommended Rich but I am so glad they did! Before we moved in we had Rich installed new """"super toilets"""". He has installed our kitchen sink, changed our shower faucets, fixed our leaks, and so much more! We have found Rich to be responsive, honest with his assessments, and fair with his pricing. Highly recommend. Rich does a great job of diagnosing and explaining. If you have Scope work done he reviews the photos and explains the issue. Reasonably priced, friendly and prompt!

Excellent service at a fair price. Yes, really. What more do you need to know? I can keep going. Rich saved us from having to rip walls and ceiling up by amazingly locating and matching the most random pipe anyone had ever seen or heard of behind our refrigerator. He stopped our 50's galvanized pipe leak with minimal damage. Updated nipples/valves and is going to help with some preventative maintenance. He knows what he's doing. We already have a list of other projects for him. If you have old pipes like us and notice any leaks, stains, etc... I would recommend having him take a look. We are proof of Rich saying """"it's not a matter of if but when"""" you end up with a big problem. He can help save you from a disaster with some cost efficient updates. Don't waste your time calling around, you won't regret it.
