From the initial contact he was very responsive and came over to look at my water heater, he contacted Rheem to check warranty status. He came back the next day, drained, installed, repiped and did an amazing job. He even went out of his way to complete the task.He's relentless, knowledgable, and personable. When we moved into our new house it needed lots of plumbing work. I can't recall who recommended Rich but I am so glad they did! Before we moved in we had Rich installed new """"super toilets"""". He has installed our kitchen sink, changed our shower faucets, fixed our leaks, and so much more! We have found Rich to be responsive, honest with his assessments, and fair with his pricing. Most importantly, his work has been top notch. Great to know there is an good, honest plumber we can depend on.

Highly recommend. Rich does a great job of diagnosing and explaining. If you have Scope work done he reviews the photos and explains the issue. Reasonably priced, friendly and prompt!

Excellent service at a fair price. Yes, really. What more do you need to know? I can keep going. Rich saved us from having to rip walls and ceiling up by amazingly locating and matching the most random pipe anyone had ever seen or heard of behind our refrigerator. He stopped our 50's galvanized pipe leak with minimal damage. Updated nipples/valves and is going to help with some preventative maintenance. He knows what he's doing. We already have a list of other projects for him. If you have old pipes like us and notice any leaks, stains, etc... I would recommend having him take a look. We are proof of Rich saying """"it's not a matter of if but when"""" you end up with a big problem. He can help save you from a disaster with some cost efficient updates. Don't waste your time calling around, you won't regret it.

Fantastic! A leak sprung on my water heater, so I called a few companies around. Rich had the best time and best price around, easily. He was very helpful in choosing the right option. He came out to my house to take some measurements and check fit within a day, and installed the water heater the day after. Another company suggested it'd take 3-4 weeks to get the unit I wanted. Installation was quick and easy, and he was totally fair on price. Thank you to Rich. I've found my new plumber.

Rich is reliable, friendly and professional. He attended to several plumbing issues I had (toilets, major-clogged drain, slow faucet) and he was great. Instead of dealing with a possibly big faucet job, he rinsed out the dirt filled gasket ( I felt a bit dumb, but that's better than some making a big job out of nothing when I would not know the difference) and the problem was over. I truly appreciated his honesty. He was honest and fair about my other problems and everything is working beautifully now. I would definitely recommend RD Plumbing and Rich for any issues. He knows his stuff!

Rich was a blessing to my family today. I had an issue with my gas water heater for four (4) days. I tried for several days to find a company that works with the gas water heater and resolve the issue without any luck. Especially, I have a 3-month-old child, and things were not looking promising for this upcoming weekend and the cold front weather. Finally, after several calls, I received a referral for Rich company around 2 pm. At 3 pm, he was heading to my house and around 7 pm everything was resolved. I can't express my gratitude enough to the service that was provided to my family. It's refreshing to find professional individuals with the drive to identify and resolve problems.
