We had a slab leak that needed immediate attention. Ryan and Francisco responded quickly, they were professional and polite, they explained all of our options and worked AMAZINGLY well with our home owners insurance. When the work was finished they walked us through everything they had done and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. Their work was EXCELLENT! And the cost was much more affordable than we thought it would be. We HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team. We will keep their number handy for any future needs.

1.My house had a water leak that needed immediate repair. Ryan scheduled me right away, came up to service the leak, removing a lengthy unit of worn out/faulty piping . Despite the really tight space, difficult to reach location, my water leak issue was resolved .

2. As a home improvement, I wanted to replace my water heater. After discussing my options, the arrangement was made to get my old water heater replaced .

Nick made the water heater replacement a breeze. He was professional and efficient. He explained service in detail and did the removal and install in under an hour. (I had unhooked everything and drained tank before his arrival).

I suddenly found out the water heater had stopped producing hot water later in the evening. I am used to having prices quoted over the phone yet crazy upsells in person especially with it being after hours on a weekend which is exactly what happened with another company that came out to give a quote. So I looked around some more and came across RD Plumbing and called Ryan, at bedtime on a Friday night, as there was no hot water and he still picked up my call and patiently answered all my questions. The next morning he sent Nick to install a new water heater. Didn't charge an emergency fee or a weekend fee like the other outrageous quote I received. He came in at THOUSANDS less. Extremely reasonable and Nick was fast and professional. I highly recommend Ryan and his team. An honest and efficient professional is sadly hard to come by these days. RD Plumbing is a keeper!

""Nick"" from RD Plumbing and Rooter cam out this morning and put in my new water heater, what a nice guy! He was fast and efficient, I am very satisfied with his work! Ryan, the owner, was extremely helpful, even when I had decided on hiring someone else! He was looking out for my best interest, and told me to ask for a License and to see their Reviews, which I asked for of the person I was planning on using! Long story short, I never heard back from that person! I went with RD Plumbing and Rooter, they came out the next morning and did the install, I couldn't be happier. If you want a Great Price from an Honest person/company, I wholeheartedly recommend his company!

RD Plumbing and Rooter are the best! Ryan was very responsive over the phone and came out the same day. If that was not impressive enough, Ryan also replaced my water heater with a new one a few hours later. The price was great. Some of these larger companies wanted more than 2x what Ryan did it for. Ryan was friendly and great to work with. I liked them so much that I have some follow up work with my pressure regulator that I asked them a quote for. Would recommend 100%

Great fast reliable service. Ryan is super responsive and gave reasonable quotes. Came over, installed water heater and hauled away old one in Grand Terrace for me within less than 2 hours. Made sure everything was working and even came out a couple months afterwards when we had a slight concern about leakage which turned out to be from the AC instead. He cares about customer service! Definitely would recommend!
