Ryan is absolutely AMAZING! He was so patient with me dealing with all the issues I was having in my new house. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose all my issues and gave HONEST quote, not just jack up the price because I didn't know there were other ways to fix the problem. Gave the BEST prices (and I got a LOT of crazy high quotes from other plumbers) and was always very communicative and prompt. He fixed my shower with a simple cartridge replacement (other companies said the valve HAD to be replaced) and replaced my gate valve & pressure regulator in the garage (which ended up being way more work than anticipated). He also was a HUGE help with helping me fix a problem with pipe placement in a bathroom because I got in over my head in a DIY remodel. He does such good work, I am having him help me finish my remodel so I feel confident there wont be any issues with the new vanity and sink. He will always be my first call for any plumbing work I need done!

We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen and I called Ryan. He was out to my home in less than an hour and checked everything it and had a drying company out same day. He was professional and kind. After a few days, the guys doing the demolition in our bathroom noticed a northern leak and Ryan came out not long after to assess it, left to get a part, came back to fix the immediate need. A few weeks ago, we needed to have a new ice maker shut off valve installed behind our new refrigerator. We didn't realize we needed a new valve until the fridge arrived. Ryan came out, cut the drywall, removed the old valve and installed a new one at a reasonable price. He also thoroughly clean the work area and provided excellent service. It was Saturday afternoon and we were glad Ryan was able to help us out.

It was just after 6pm and I had a plumbing emergency. I reached out to a few people and Ryan (who was recommended by a neighbor AND another plumber) was the only one who answered right away. He was at my house 20 minutes later. Within an hour he had us fixed and cleaned up. I couldn't have had a better experience!

What a professional operation this company is running. We received a call from the water company that we had a over-sized bill and that they suspected we had a leak. Our toilet had been running for a week or so and knew we had to find a plumber.

After a quick yelp search we reached out to a handful of companies and RD replied quickly and without a ""service"" quote which a lot of businesses noted a $50 min. Just to check out the issue.

RD showed up same day within a few hours and immediately fixed the toilet issue for a great price but FURTHER - identified that the prior owners had done a severely bad job on our water pressure and it was running exceedingly high.

The best part - when RD called in the service part it was over $450 just for the part needed to do the job - he was extremely honest and transparent that in order to do the service with that type of price he would have to charge us far over market value. He suggest ordering the part ourselves on Amazon and if need be - he would return to do the service with the appropriate fee. We did exactly that and highly appreciated the professionalism and the customer service - no one wants to get ripped off when you don't know the industry.

We were SO impressed and would highly recommend RD for a realizable and honest plumber. Thank you again for your service!
