DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! RD came out hydro jetted and inspected my pipes with a camera. Found roots on the far backside of my house. Told me they would have to jackhammer up my custom tile floor and foundation in my bathroom to access the roots for $8500, does not include repairs to put it back together! I have been in construction for 38 years and I when I heard the cost and the mess I would have to deal with I starting researching for other solutions online and I found them! So, I had another company come out and they pulled the roots out of the sewer clean out by the back of the house for only $1285 without tearing up my bathroom. They also offered to break up the roots with the hydrojet before finding the sewer clean out. Hmm...wonder why RD didn't offer that solution. What a huge difference in cost and a professional experience. So sick of trying to be scammed just because I live in a nice house in a nice area and I am a woman. Shame on you!!

Ryan is a literal, real life hero. We had an emergency plumbing situation come up a few days ago that has been so distressing because we didn't know what was causing it. I had a number of people come out to take a look, and they all gave me reports that were really overwhelming and didn't address the root/source of the problem. Ryan literally walked in and within a minute understood what was happening and within 5 to 10 minutes started working on the issue. It's so clear he has a methodical approach to figuring out problems and is so incredibly honest about solutions available. I only wish that I had found this company sooner! Will be using them exclusively for all our future plumbing needs.

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen on a Sunday and Ryan was one of the only plumbers that answered my call! I'm so thankful that Omar and Ronnie were able to come out and fix it for us. We ended up having to do a full renovation in the kitchen and after everything was complete, there was a small issue with the plumbing and again, Omar and Ronnie came out quick to fix it! Reliable, kind and knowledgeable!

I had a mainline backup in my house, completely flooding my house. The owner was an amazing plumber who quickly answered my call. They cleared my line and also started the process to clean up my flooded home including sewage. They answered all my questions and remained professional. Mind you, this was on a Sunday when no other companies were available. Would highly recommend to anyone! The price was reasonable as well!!

While other companies like to say they offer 24/7 services, the reality is, they don't. THESE GUYS, 100% are legitimately 24/7! They came to our rescue when our water heater stopped working and since it was old, the repair/repair parts didn't look good. They gave us a couple options but we ultimately decided getting a new water heater was the best option. Within a few hours, we had a new water heater delivered, installed and hot water running again. They offer fair pricing and they work at lightning speed. We are extremely happy that we used this company. They were extremely thorough and very friendly. When your water heater blows at 2am and need someone there, don't hesitate, call these guys!

If I could rate this company more than 5 stars, I would. Ryan, Omar and Ronnie were extremely fast and helpful with my water leak. Extremely informative and so so patient. I'm so grateful for these gentlemen that came out to help!
