We called for plumbing service to unclog our bathroom sink. The same day Randy visited to check the issue. It required snaking down to clear the stuff. Randy is professional and knowledgeable in his art. Within 30 min , he cleared the passage and fixed the issue. Was very happy with the service and the charges were also reasonable. I also asked him to fix the bath tub faucet as it had a leak and randy was quick onto to it and set it up cleanly ! Would definitely recommend randy and team for plumbing and allied services and would again get in touch with them for such needs!

After reading several yelp reviews, I called RCV to remove a toilet and sink from a bathroom that had a sewage flood. They provided an estimate over the phone and when Randy came he completed the first part of the job as estimated. He was pleasant and professional. When it was time to reinstall the sink and toilet, by the time I called he was booked for Saturday and made special arrangements to come to my house on a Sunday. I am so happy to have my bathroom back and will definitely call RCV next time I need a plumber.

Another 5 star service call from RCV. Had my garbage disposal go out and called Randy over the holidays, He couldn't make it out for a week since he was so busy, but with the problems I've had with other plumbers, it was worth the wait. I told my girlfriend she was just going to have to deal with the smell coming out of the sink for a week...ha..ha As in previous work Randy has done, he did an excellent job at a very reasonable price!!! Well worth the wait.

My job was quite simple but since I didn't have the proper equipment or tools for the job, it was better to get a pro to do the job. I had Randy install a new kitchen sink faucet and it went as planned, no fuss no mess, he did a great job on time. It required some shut off valve hardware which I hadn't planned on but he had those on-hand and installed. Very reasonable price and professional work.

I was also going to have my shower head and valving replaced only to be advised by Randy that the shower bulkhead would need to be removed before hand for access. He provided a quote and reference for a tile guy to remove the wall. I appreciated his advice as it saved me the headache of discovering the problem had I chose to do the work myself. I'll certainly have RCV do the replacement once the tile work is done.

My kitchen sink clogged (badly) and I turned to trusty Yelp to find a reliable plumber to fix the issue. I called to make an appointment but due needing a late afternoon appointment, the earliest they could fit me in was in two days time. I asked if they could fit me in the same day or tomorrow if a cancellation came up and was told yes, they would let me know. True to their word, I received a call from Randy the same afternoon to say he could come by later that day. He called 30 minutes before arriving and got here exactly on time. While he was here I asked him to also check my shower (faucet not working properly) and slow draining bathroom sink. He fixed everything within an hour at a very reasonable price. Prompt, courteous, efficient and affordable - I will always use this company for my plumbing needs in future and will happily refer him to friends and family. What did we do before Yelp:)

I had Randy install Pelican water softener system for the house. RCV plumbing is referred by the vendor as one of the recommended installer. He is experienced, honest and professional. The price he charged is very reasonable. I will definitely call him if I have any needs in the future.

I hate to leave negative reviews and assume that my case was a one-off considering all of the 5* reviews. I called up RCV, Randy came out and was very polite, professional and the quoted price was right. He had to get some parts for a sink and toilet, and come back a second time, telling me to expect a reschedule call later that day.

One week later. No call.

I called up to see what happened, he apologized, told me he'd call later that day.

One week later. No call.

I went with another plumber.
