We needed a pump checked out for our client who was buying a property. Randy came out the next day (which time was of the essence so that was perfect) and he didn't charge us one penny to advise on the item we needed. All the other companies wanted $90/hour just to come to the property! He was knowledgeable, polite and on time. The next time I need any kind of pump or sewer service I am only making one phone call! Thank you RCV and especially Randy!

My grandpa (a retired plumber) recommended us to Randy when our sewage drain started backing up. (probably due to my 2.5 year old throwing wads of tiolet paper down the toilet). I called around 5pm and received a call back right away. His wife, indicated that he was on a job but he could make it out to our home around 10pm. I said that was fine. Well, he called about 7:45 PM and got to our house around 8:15PM. He got our drains cleaned in about a half an hour and was reasonably priced too. Would definitaly recommend him and ask him back for future problems at my house.

First visit is OK, they repaired one of the sprinkler head that is not working and also tweak some of them so the water come out nicely. Then he also setup the sprinkler controller so it will water the lawn three times a week.

Then we found out that the sprinkler will not stop after one round, four stations keep water again and again. We called the RCV again.
This time he told us our controller is broken and changed a new one, which cost us $210. But we found the problem is NOT solved.

Then I figured out myself that the ""start time"" is not the start time for each station but for all the station in a day. He set four start time which means all four station will work four times a day. And I set to one start time and it is working fine now. So I think our previous controller IS working, just the setting is WRONG.

I told RCV but they refuse to return us the money and insist that the controller is broken!
I DO NOT think they are skillful enough to fix the sprinkler system problem, be careful about it!!

I had couple of leaks at my irrigation system which required and expert. RCV plumbing came, provided and estimate, and on the day scheduled to fix the leaks showed up on time and did an awsome job. No I no loger waiste water.

RCV Plumbing is a great company. Randy was very prompt in helping us with clogged sewer system. When we needed to get a clean out installed in our home he worked until late into the early evening to finish the job. It is a good feeling when you have a very reliable source for our plumbing needs.

RCV Plumbing was called to our home yesterday to fix a shower leak. Randy turned up later that day and took a look at the problem, quoted a reasonable labor & parts and promptly went off to the nearest hardware store to purchase the parts. The job was done within an hour and it was well done. No more leaks and we have our shower back!

Randy is so nice and gererous!! I called him on New Year day and he called me back in one hour. 45 minutes later, he showed up. After I explained to him my situation, 30 minutes later he fix me drain, nice and clean.
He also spend some time to check my plumbing system even water heater. Gave me some maintenance tip. He really does great work! I definitely will recommend my friend to him.

Randy and Chanel are so nice!! He did a great job replacing our water heater and he was very courteous and clean. He is one of the only service providers that I have felt 100% comfortable having in my home. And he does great work!
