RC Delivered for me again. I have consistently had positive experiences with each branch. Quality and reliability is key to have it done once and not again and again. Jarred, his partner (bummed cant remember his name and Robert provided expertise, great customer service and continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. This included digging up a non active line another company identified as broken, found my actual cleanout buried by the builder, cleaned up and left it as good and with the cleanout better than expected. Quality, expertise, warranty, customer service and excellence I count on from the team members at RC' they always work with me to make it right. Thanks!

I do not recommend this company for a/c repair. We have a two year old unit and it suddenly stopped working. The guy who installed it is no longer living in Texas but recommended this company and said they may work with us or give us a deal if we mention him. We called and they showed up right away. However, they did not offer any kind of deal. They said its the capacitor and that this type of thing is not covered by warranty. He wrote up a quote of almost $214 to exchange the capacitor and then recommended a hard start kit at $489 with warranty, or a hard start kit with rinse condensor coil for $746, or all that with flush cond. Line for $919....
Needless to say, its Covid19 and we can't afford this. It was over 90 degrees outside and our unit is two years old!
I wanted another opinion because that seems ridiculous on a new unit. We paid them $40 for their assessment but they messed up and charged our card $69... so now we have to wait on a refund of $30.
My husband called another company that offered to do the capacitor for $125.... which is so much better! In the end we changed it out ourselves for $21 and it took 5 minutes.
I am not happy! Will never call this company for anything again.

We had electrical fire in our panel, had the fire department at our home and they shut the main power until we got the chance to contact electrician, this all happened in the evening so most electricians were closed for the day, I called RC Plumbing & Electrical since they offer 24 hours service, I got hold of them right away and a technician was at my home within an hour, very impressed with that, we thought for sure we would be spending the night without power. Justin told us the panel was old and needed to be replaced, he could repair if we wanted but we went ahead and had the whole thing replaced. He gave us 3 different options (Gold, Silver & Bronze) to chose from. When I asked how soon the work could be done, he said next day. Justin left most of the panel off, but gave us power to essentials (Fridge and AC). Justin was back the next day and knocked it out very quickly. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Added bonus, Justin noticed that a light switch was working backwards and he got his tools out and fixed on the spot, no extra charge. Very professional and serious company, they want their clients happy and appears to me they strive for it. Love working with companies like these.
Fast forward 3 weeks and I had another emergency with water heater, I called RC Plumbing and Electrical and they were out same day and replaced unit same day. The technicians, Jon, Chris and Michael were just as awesome as Justin to work with. Very satisfied with this repair as well.

This has been ultimately one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The plumber and electrical technician were nice and professional. For this reason I was looking forward to working with them so, I even signed up for their Total Home Care Club that they both solicited to me. When the electrician came on the first visit, he complimented us on how well kept our boxes were and how we even had the latest electrical box so he couldn't "upsale" me on that. I explained that we just did a kitchen remodel 2 yrs ago. My current project is my outdoor kitchen remodel and I needed the electrical to be checked before reinforcing the counters. Michael gave me 6 options ranging from $379 - $3147. He made it clear that it would be best to start with a diagnostic test for $1124 so, that's what we agreed to. Once it was complete, he gave me the go ahead to schedule the next service which was $379...so I did. Everything seems ok so far. My appointment was scheduled for a week out. Michael shows up but before he begins, he lets me know, this needs to be up to code...we agree (price doubles) then something else needs to be brought up to code (price triples). I remind him that we have a set budget because we are paying cash and that we anticipated one price based on his recommendation and now the price is tripled and I am getting concerned. Yet, we agree for the now tripled price. All the while he's telling me there's not much he can do about it because the Master Technician won't let him. Fast foward nearly an hour, I return to find Michael sitting outside writing. The tripled price has now turned into "My Master Technician said we can't touch this job so you have to run a whole new circuit for $2697 plus $399 for each additional box (which would be 2). Naturally, we are feeling scammed at this point so, we decline. I call the company to express my concern to either a Supervisor or the owner. Someone who claims to be the owner and who apparently is the Master Technician takes the call. As I express my concern and dissappointment in the severe communication breakdown that left me feeling scammed, he retaliates with "what do you want me to do?"; "your house is old and has too many problems!"; "you just want us to work out of code because you are cheap and you only want to do the cheapest option!"; "maybe the problem is that he spoke with your husband and y'all aren't communicating!" At this point, I'm insulted and disgusted. He accused me of calling his electrician a liar when I never said such a thing. Michael is just a casualty in this greedy owner's scam. After a line of insults he agrees to carry the $1124 that we paid over to the new project because they did have a breakdown in communication but, honestly, who wants to do business with someone like this. Someone who lacks the ability to take feedback and lashes out with insult instead of listening and finding a solution. He told me "[he] doesn't need my feedback and [he] doesn't need my advice on being open to receive feedback." Although, I owned and operated a million dollar company for nearly 20 years prior to retiring and my whole business model was centered around exceptional customer services. If you decide to do business with them, the techs are nice and informative but be prepared to be upsold on service and product and if you ever need to bring a concern to the owner that he should take responsibility for, be prepared for a verbal lashing. No thank you! I will continue business with our regular electrician who just happened to not be available but, they are worth the wait...my lesson has been learned.

My last plumber has been in the business for over 40 years and this pandemic has had him very busy. I figured that I would give him a break.
I did some research and decided to give a few calls. The 1st one that answered was RC. They sent out Kevin the first day.
When he arrived at my gym- he knew he had his work cut out for himself. My gym is in a building that has been around for almost 50 years. My toilet is around that age as well. Well, Kevin put it to rest by retiring it with a new one. There were some minor glitches but it works. The price was fair.
Kevin was always prompt and professional. RC is now my new plumber! It is very hard finding good plumbers...

I called in Early November when I had a clogged drain. They came out quickly and unclogged it but told me I had what appeared to be a cracked pipe that would need immediate attention and that they would call back to set up an appointment. I was charged $255 and it lasted less than 24 hours before it started backing up again. I didn't get a call back that day so I went ahead and called the next day. They assured me that they would get to me but the guy that I talked to was sick and said he was the only one answering phones and it was busy. I explained to him that the clog was back but I understood that they were busy and left it alone for a couple of days before I started calling back again. I kept talking to the same guy who kept assuring me that they were busy but that he would get back to me. I called at least six times and spoke to him each time but never had him return my calls (after assuring me that he would call me right back) or send anyone over. HUGE disappointment. I felt ripped off and abandoned. To top it off, they said they would send a receipt for the earlier charges and never did. I'm still out $255 and don't know what exactly I paid for because it definitely didn't last. I don't know much when it comes to this stuff but it would be nice to find a company with some integrity that isn't so absent minded.

Justin was fantastic. We had them fix our hot water heater and install a new kitchen faucet.
They were quick, honest and affordable and do an amazing job. They take the time with their customers and I can't thank him and Xavier enough for the work.
We will be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

RC's fixed a major leak within our foundation at an unbeatable price. Consistently high quality service at a reasonable price. RC's Plumbing is now our go-to plumber whenever we have issues with our older home. Nice guys and really efficient. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend RC Plumbing Company more! Not only did they charge less than a third of what another local plumber quoted me, but they were so polite, arrived only an hour after I initially called, went above and beyond to make the repair, used high quality parts and took the time to educate us on preventative measures that we can do as homeowners. Justin and Robert exemplify what it is to be customer service minded and deserve every single one of their 5 star reviews. 10/10 will use again for future plumbing needs.
