We were referred by our home warranty company and I was concerned due to the one star reviews but was very happy with Ramone who came out to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue with our tankless water heater. He wore a mask, was courteous, patient/knowledgeable with our questions, respectful and did a great job! It's nice to have consistent hot water again!

Home warranty company had sent out 2 other horrible plumbing companies over 4 months, who came to diagnose, talked about options but didn't do anything, their dispatch gave lots of excuses and always said they need to check with plumber but never called me back.

RC's Plumbing was the complete opposite. Dispatch was always on top of the repair situation and knew what was going on, they would always call back, and called to schedule repair when parts are ready.
The plumber they sent, Sergio, was friendly, did a great job to diagnose and explain issue clearly (and left a detailed written report). He even came prepared with shoe booties (while other companies grumbled on that, or refused to wear booties or take off their shoes).
On Sergio's second visit a few weeks later, it was all done quickly, where other plumbing companies failed to do anything for 4 months (even though he had to go to Lowe's to pick up a part that was unexpected). Would call RC for my personal non-warranty plumbing needs.

Beware when you use this plumber. They are contracted with my home warranty service. RC is contracted with my home warranty service, they came out the first time. told me that they needed to order a part. Called and said the part was in, we were unable to schedule the first time. Called RC back to try and schedule service, because time had past I had to reopen the claim. Schedule an appointment with them. They sent Sergio out he looked at my sink told me that if he had to do any modification it would be an additional charge. He said he had to go to home depot to purchase a part. He came back with a plastic extension. He then proceed to install the part. He then stated he had to charge me for the part, (which by the way should have been covered with the home warranty). I did not know any better paid for the part. When he left I asked him do I need to sign for anything he said no that I previously signed. I emailed RC to get a receipt from the company. The receipted stated that he did do a modification. REALLY! I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY MODIFICATION.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

This guy deserves zero stars for ripping us off with a $1600 charge for replacing a water heater with a smaller tank. He also doesnt want to give receipts that is itemized. And instead of coming in the scheduled day, he came the next day when he knows that my husband won't be home. And he won't be able to check what he did. We're new homeowners and this is just so terrible. We aren't rich to be ripped off by scumbags like this. Now he is not replying to my husband.

Great group of plumbers! Will use them for all my plumbing issues. Their electrician was also able to help with a quick problem over the phone for no charge!

They didn't fix anything, yet claimed job is complete to insurance company. I called to complain and the insurance company reassigned the work to a different plumbing company to do the work. RC Plumbing is not a company I would ever call for repairs. Horrible experience.

Same experience as Jason H in this previous review. This company came out through First American Home Warranty for Hot Water Heater Repair. It was leaking really bad so it needed to be replaced. This company wanted extra $500 out of my pocket. They are replacing an existing water heater with the same size tank!!! I am totally at awe why they are requesting extra $500. It's heavy tank, and to replace old hoses and etc, I would have gladly paid extra $200, which I think would be fair but not $500!!!

I normally don't like to write bad reviews but I can't help but share my experience with this company. Last week I made an appointment with them for a plumber to come to my place between 8a - 9am today. I was initially going to just go to the office late, however when no one showed up at 9am, I gave them a call only to be told that the plumber was running extremely behind today. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule or if I could wait til later in the afternoon, they can put me down for 12p-1pm. I opted for the 12p -1p appointment since I was already home and decided to just take the rest of the day off. So 1pm comes around and still no plumber so I finally decided to call them at 1:30pm to get a status. I was put on hold for awhile and then told that their plumber was still running behind and they would not be able to come do the work today. They asked if I wanted to reschedule with them or if I wanted them to contact my home warranty company to reach out to a new company. After my experience of them today, I definitely didn't care to reschedule with them. Reading their yelp reviews here, it turns out they did something similar to another potential customer last year and they also have some shady practices that were brought up by different past customers.

We are contracted with First American Home Warranty company.Our Garbage disposal system broke down and we contacted our home insurance comp. The First American Home Shield which in return sent RC's Plumbing of Hacienda Heights CA. to take care of it. We paid our copay to RC plumbing, The technician told me that he would charge another$95.00 for modifications to replace the system. When asked to tell more aboutor elaborate the tech. responded like some fittings and adjustments/ Modifications which the Home Warrant tee company does not cover. When I contacted the company they showed unawareness of it and even the tech told the guy rap which he could not understand but told me if for any modifications company do not cover . So I paid the tech $95 to start the work. When he finished the job I asked what fittings or modifications he has done that he was talking about? He just said it was assembling of garbage disposal kit only. Nothing extra or modifications. He already had the check from me. I just felt cheated This is scam a company. I wish I could give them minus star.

I highly recommend RC's Plumbing, they were refered to me by a family member & their service was amazing. The service they did in my house was not an easy job. They repipe my whole restroom, replaced the old sink, the old toilet seat and replace the tub for a shower. The price that RC's gave us was a reasonable and affordable price for everything they were going to work on. If you need any plumbing job done in your house big or small don't think about it twice, hire RC's plumbing they are very profesionales at what they do.
