I normally don't like to write bad reviews but I can't help but share my experience with this company. Last week I made an appointment with them for a plumber to come to my place between 8a - 9am today. I was initially going to just go to the office late, however when no one showed up at 9am, I gave them a call only to be told that the plumber was running extremely behind today. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule or if I could wait til later in the afternoon, they can put me down for 12p-1pm. I opted for the 12p -1p appointment since I was already home and decided to just take the rest of the day off. So 1pm comes around and still no plumber so I finally decided to call them at 1:30pm to get a status. I was put on hold for awhile and then told that their plumber was still running behind and they would not be able to come do the work today. They asked if I wanted to reschedule with them or if I wanted them to contact my home warranty company to reach out to a new company. After my experience of them today, I definitely didn't care to reschedule with them. Reading their yelp reviews here, it turns out they did something similar to another potential customer last year and they also have some shady practices that were brought up by different past customers.

We are contracted with First American Home Warranty company.Our Garbage disposal system broke down and we contacted our home insurance comp. The First American Home Shield which in return sent RC's Plumbing of Hacienda Heights CA. to take care of it. We paid our copay to RC plumbing, The technician told me that he would charge another$95.00 for modifications to replace the system. When asked to tell more aboutor elaborate the tech. responded like some fittings and adjustments/ Modifications which the Home Warrant tee company does not cover. When I contacted the company they showed unawareness of it and even the tech told the guy rap which he could not understand but told me if for any modifications company do not cover . So I paid the tech $95 to start the work. When he finished the job I asked what fittings or modifications he has done that he was talking about? He just said it was assembling of garbage disposal kit only. Nothing extra or modifications. He already had the check from me. I just felt cheated This is scam a company. I wish I could give them minus star.

I highly recommend RC's Plumbing, they were refered to me by a family member & their service was amazing. The service they did in my house was not an easy job. They repipe my whole restroom, replaced the old sink, the old toilet seat and replace the tub for a shower. The price that RC's gave us was a reasonable and affordable price for everything they were going to work on. If you need any plumbing job done in your house big or small don't think about it twice, hire RC's plumbing they are very profesionales at what they do.

They came to replace a water heater under a home warranty. They did an amazing job. The worker was profesional and they answer my question. Also they were here early for the appointment. I will recommend them to other people.

I give it 0 star! The same experience as one of the reviews here: they came to repair garbage disposal under first american home warranty. And charged $95 extra for'altering the plumbing'. We all know replacing a kitchen garbage disposal is such a simple job. I have had at 10 of them replaced in different properties with all kinds of existing plumbing under the sink with other plumbers. No one ever told me an alteration of plumbing needed.

I called the company to inquire about the charge. Confirmed again this company stinks from the attitude they gave me on the phone.

These guys were great! They were willing to come out early on a Monday (a little after 7am) to unclog a sewer line. When they couldn't get it done (only because it was more of a complicated job and required special tools) they called someone who could. They stayed while the other people worked on the job and only left when it was done. I would highly recommend them.

I would give 10 stars if I could!!! These are the most professional technicians out there. I had 3 previous plumbing companies come out before RC Plumbing and the gentleman didn't even want to go into the house crawl space. It took only 1 call and 2 technicians came over the very next day. The appointment was at 10am and they arrived clean and professional at 9:45am. Took care of the issue and more! Always had great communication with my husband and left their work area clean. I am so grateful for RC Plumbing and if I should ever need work done they will definitely be the first I will call.

This company is a rip off! They came to replace a water heater under a home warranty, then added additional items at inflated costs that they needed to do that weren't necessary, before they'd replace the water heater. These companies are already getting paid by the home warranty company to do a job, then feel it necessary to screw over the homeowner some more knowing that the homeowner will probably pay the ""ransom"". I'd give them negative stars if I could!

The most professional company I've ever hired. For every question I had he answer in the best way possible. After the job was done he left it very clean, as he was never here. His partner was also very professional. I will 100% recomend this company, very nice personal and neat work. Thank you so much!

Had an appointment confirmed from 8-12 and special arrangements made to ensure someone will be home to wait for plumbers. RCs plumbing did not show. When contacted at 8:02 am. Robert told me because I did not pick up a call at 7:30 am he was not going to make it to my appointment. Did not care about my issues and repeatedly told me I'm not going to to your house. Waste of time. Poor customer service. Does not care about its customers. Robert was rude and unprofessional.
