I seriously have no idea how this company have 3 stars!
Like seriously they need 5 stars or more because this company is Excellent.

I went through my home insurance because my shower was only giving me hot water but no cold!
I went with awful awful plumbing company's
I went through 5 y'all! And they couldn't find the problem and told me a bunch of lies and tried to over charge me UNTIL I FOUND THIS COMPANY!!!
I HAD SERGIO AS THE Technician and OMG LET ME TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM WITH THIS COMPANY AND SERGIO!
After so many failed attempts and ridiculous overcharge bills that was givin to us by fraud a** plumbing company's! We hit gold here!!

SERIGO WAS AO AWESOME! He is so great at what he does that when he came to look at the problem he was like hey I got this! 5mins later the problem was fixed!!! AMAZING! Can't even how grateful I am to have found such an honest company!!
If you're looking for someone honest and talented at what he does look no further! You'll hit GOLD here.

SO HAPPY WITH THE HONESTY HERE. So TRUST WORTHY! You will not be disappointed.
Also if you guys can ask for Sergio! He's knows plumbing like no other!!!

I made a service request with my warranty company, Old Republic, which was sent to RC's Plumbing. I called the number provided and it just went to an automated voicemail, no company name, no actual voice, just ""leave a message at the tone"". Instead of receiving a call back, I received a text asking if I was available the for the following day. The next day comes and I receive another text saying ""this is the tech with RC's Plumbing, I'll be there in 10-15 minutes"". He shows up and says ""Hi, I'm from RC's Plumbing"". Again, no name. He's there 5 minutes, takes some pictures and says, ""That's going to be $85"". I tell him I always pay the warranty company via online once the work is done. He said I had to pay the money in order for the him to submit the report and that the work wasn't going to be done that day anyway. I told him I was going to call the warranty company to verify because I've never done that with any other calls for service. He tries to discourage me from calling by saying, ""Well, that might take a while"". I get in contact with the warranty company and explain the situation. While I'm on the phone with the warranty guy, the ""tech"" calls someone (it was a female voice on the other line) and I can hear him tell that person, ""She's upset and doesn't want to pay"". I asked him why he would say that and reminded him that I never said I didn't want to pay and that I just needed to confirm with the warranty company, whom I was still on the phone with by the way. The warranty company heard our conversation and asked what his name was and if he could speak with him. I told the tech that they wanted to speak with him and asked, ""What is your name?"" He said ok and still didn't give his name so I asked again. He just kept saying ""If he wants to talk to me, I'll talk to him"". I said ok but I'm asking you for your name. I told the warranty guy I would put him on speaker and let him know that he was refusing to give his name. The warranty guy asked him and he just replied that his company told him he could go now since I was refusing to pay. After a couple of attempts, the tech finally blurted out ""Robert"" and then said ""is that it?"" The warranty guy tried talking to him to get a full understanding of what the issue was and Robert went around every question and each time he followed with ""is that it?"" The warranty guy asked Robert ""Are you ok?"" Robert just kept asking if that was it so he could leave. I tell the warranty guy, ""So, that's what I've been trying to deal with which is why I called you."" The warranty guy was like what was that all about and he just kept apologizing. I showed Robert out and told the warranty guy that I did NOT want Robert or anyone from that company back in my home. The warranty guy understood and assigned a new provider. Robert was a tall young man, no uniform, no name tag, just immature and extremely unprofessional. Word to the wise, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This plumbing company was sent out as a representative for First American Home Warranty.

Our claim was denied because they claim the technician stated the damage was result of a rodent bite.

LIES! as long as we have lived here I've never seen as much as rodent droppings.

Do better People. Such a waste of time and money... we still have a leak in our faucet hose and are out $85

This company also operates a plumbing company and came out to inspect a water heater that is not functioning properly yesterday. The gentleman that came out was a young man, by the name of Robert, he literally only removed the enclosure cover and took pictures of the unit and the manufacturing tag. The water heater takes 10-15 minutes to get hot water to the shower and then it doesn't stay hot. This home is a small 1,000 sq. ft. house. This water heater is located at one of my rental properties and making sure my tenants have hot water is a top priority. This company did not test the water or do anything to diagnose a problem. The solution on their invoice says ""submit report"". The water heater is 29 years old and not functioning properly. This service call was initiated by Old Republic Home Warranty. When Robert opened the water heater enclosure he immediately said he more than likely wouldn't be able to get the parts to repair this unit since the unit is so old. The date on the manufacturing tag was 1994. When he left the property it was my understanding that someone would get back to me from this company to discuss the next steps. I paid him an $85 service fee for the 10 minute call btw... I got an email from the home warranty company that the job had been completed. No work was done so how could the job be completed? When I called RC Plumbing, I got a very rude woman on the phone that could care less and very abruptly said, take it up with your home warranty!!! I am a real estate agent and work regularly with plumbers. Steer clear of this company. They don't care about their clients. Maybe I dodged a bullet on this one................

I went thru my home warranty company. The plumber fixed a hot water line behind my washer. The sad note that he forgot to put the drain back into the drain pipe and guess what! After the wife started a load and returned water was all over my new laminate floors. They have not got back to me since Saturday and today is Tuesday that's the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend anyone to this company no way no chance or will I let them ever back to do any work.

The technician sent, Sergio, was great at explaining what was going on. This was the second company our home insurance company sent. The first one did not explained a thing and I was going to have to pay for something I did not understand. Sergio was not in a rush to check everything needed and answered all of our questions in a way we understood and made so much sense. (We only needed to pay 1/4 of what the other company said).

I loved that he tried to fix everything in that one visit. He had to come back because the insurance asked to order something instead of going to Home Depot the same day.

He was great at communicating if he was running late, you can track exactly how long it would take since you get a link to check.

Again we were very pleased with Sergios work. I cannot speak for the company as a whole because this is the only we have worked with them. But perhaps request Sergio if the insurance sends you this company.
