Ronny was referred to us through our home warranty. He personally called the day he received the referral and was willing to come out that day. It was not an emergency and we weren't home so his office called me and scheduled an appointment. He gave me a time frame of 10:00am-12:00pm (only a 2-hour window!!) and was here right after 10:00am. He diagnosed the problem immediately, went to purchase the part and came right back. He fixed the issue and then even found a potential issue and fixed that as well. Ronny was friendly, polite and professional. Something that is not that common these days, especially through a home warranty. I would strongly recommend Ronny and RCP plumbing and will definitely call them with any future issues.
