I purchased a new Delta Touch 2.0 kitchen faucet and had initially decided to install it myself. When I looked under my island sink cabinet and realized the complexities of the install, I changed my mind. I searched the great Google for a well rated Plumbing Service in my area and found RCP Plumbing. I reached out via phone and got an immediate response. I received a quote via email that was very professional. I got a text and email confirmation of my scheduled time. Mr. Rice came out the next day. They arrived on time. They completed the work without any issues and made sure the faucet worked to specifications. I was invoiced and was able to pay electronically through the invoice. Very Professional.

I ended with the same issue I started with and I notified Everett with in an hour of leaving that the leaking shower was still occurring. He said he would have to return the next day and that this would be a new issue, but it was the same issue that I had texted him about.(another $80 did not seem fair to me,) so I thought I'd discuss it with him when he came back.....He never came back and Never called to follow up on my dissatisfaction. I will not use them again.

A great experience in a stressful time! The old cast iron pipe from our water meter broke and our front yard had a small pond. Everett came out within a few hours of our call and got started the next morning. Within hours, the line was completely replaced. He came back 2 days later to repair the landscaping and within about 2 weeks, there was no evidence he was ever there. I appreciate that he took pictures along the way to show what work he had done. And the price was very competitive. I will call RCP Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

He arrived earlier than I expected and got right to work. He kept me informed of what he was doing and when he needed to step out for more materials. He was professional and did what needed to be done. He also gave advice about what to do moving forward. I recommend this company and will be contacting RCP Plumbing again if I have any additional plumbing needs.
