Ryan was originally called in to fix my steam boiler that was installed by Columbia Gas after the MV explosions. Ryan was the 7th plumber sent in to do repairs. The system knocked so loud when running the house shook,, it sounded like the battleship Missouri firing her guns. 6 plumbers all failed miserably. Then came Ryan. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a couple of hours, no more banging!! Since then he has worked on some projects at my parents house and has come back to work at ours. He does excellent work, I find his communication fine, if issues arise he quickly informs me and the plan is changed. With 2 boys life can get in the way, and not all jobs go according to schedule, but his flexibility is great. We have recommended him to many co-workers and friends.

Ryan did a lot of work for me. I trusted him like a family member often leaving him alone and also feeding him but he betrayed my trust after he finally finished the work. He was rarely on time or just didn't show. He re-did a bathroom which took 5 times the agreed on time and installed AC and did many other types of repairs. When paid up front it was almost impossible to get him to finish. He guaranteed my AC for 5 years but I now wonder if that was truthful. He said he would come to open and check it every year. I tried to get him here when the summer started (May) but he hasn't returned calls (now Sept.) after not showing up for two previous appointments. He installed my kitchen faucet and it barely gets cold water. He is avoiding my calls after I used him exclusively for a number of years. I hate writing this review but have no other recourse. My next step is to report him to the Better Business Bureau and Licensing Board. I am very disappointed in him. I thought of him as a friend as much as my plumber but apparently I made a bad judgement call. Steve S.

The work was ok, but communication and timeliness were terrible. He also installed a toilet, but never got a permit that my town required (and I paid for) so I could get a rebate, thereby costing me money. So if you're in a bind, he can do the work, but hold back money until everything is done.
