It is never pleasant to deal with any kind of plumbing issues. And when the issue is related to toilets, you want it taken care of asap. We recently moved into house that was built in 1963 and quickly realized that all the new plumbing done throughout the house didn't matter as the weakest spot was the sewer line connecting to city sewer, which required thorough cleaning.

Yesterday, I called around a few places for hydro jetting service. One did not pickup or got back, another one quoted almost $900 dollars for 2 hours (Really!) and wanted me to wait for a week. And then I found Solutions Plumbing through Yelp!. Ed asked me questions and gave me price on the phone, and said he could come next day, that is today.

Today, Ed informed me by message before arriving, and then arrived few minutes before scheduled time, got straight to work. Within first 10 minutes, he already found the source of the problem - root intrusion - he showed me everything on video camera, and was able to flush it out with hydro jets. Ed identified the segment of the pipe that I know we will have to replace eventually, and also made recommendations about what we could do to prevent problems until then. I also decided to get kitchen drain inspected while they were there. And Ed was able to accommodate additional service before leaving as they were well equipped with additional batteries for the camera.

I was very pleased with professionalism of Solutions Plumbing. They were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, well equipped, and they got the job done! I would definitely use their service in future if I need to!

Found Edgar on line and decided to give him a try since he had so many great reviews. He didn't disappoint one bit. He was friendly and professional. Fixed the issue in no time and even showed up early( that never happens) but text me to make sure it was OK and we were home. If we ever need anything with plumbing again we will be sure to give Edgar a call. It's hard to find good help these days. I definitely recommend solution plumbing and drain services!!!

My house was built in 1963, the entire sewer system has been over 50 years. Last Sunday it suddenly gave us a big surprise that stopped working. The dirty water came back to the tube if we flushed the toilet. The worse thing was it happened at midnight!!! I tried to call couple of contractors but no one willing to come. Then I found Solution Plumbing at Yelp and dialed their number. It was Edgar taking the phone. After I telling him the situation, he just said "" I will be there in an hour"" without hesitation. I was so grateful when his big van showing up in front of my house. He helped to released the drain pressure, inspected the pipe with video snake, very professional! Then he cleaned the pipe using drain opener, checked the whole system, figure out the leakage pipe to me. Very nice service and fast working. I also decided to hire them replacing the sewer system, of cause I got a pretty good deal from Edgar. Highly recommended Solution plumbing and drain!!

I had a complicated situation for a water heater replacement within a triplex unit and Miguel did the replacement which started on a Saturday and he wrapped up on Monday since the replacement water heater supplier was closed over the weekend. He took care of following up without any intervention needed by me. That was pretty cool!

2-3 weeks later, there was some dampness on the floor in the water heater closet. Without hesitation, Edgar came by and spent a few hours figuring out the issue which was due to some condensation pipe popping loose. I am happy to say that the Solution Plumbing and Drain team stands behind their work and are very dependable. It's great to see people honoring the work they do. Kudos!

I had a minor problem in my bath tube and nobody wanted to deal with it. While iI was waking my dogs in my neighborhood,I saw their truck and ask them to come to my house. They arrived after 15minutes and fix the problem very fast. These two gentlemen are very professional with a great sense of humor. Such a relief To find finally a great Plumber.

We had some minor plumbing issues that we kept putting off and/or trying to fix ourselves (2 dripping sinks and a clogged bathtub.) But it became apparent that we needed a professional. A friend of ours recommended Solution Plumbing, so we gave Edgar a call. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He set an appointment for a few days out to accommodate our schedule. The night before he called to confirm our appointment and location. The day of he was about 10 minutes early! He was efficient, tidy, and explained everything to us. His pricing/fees were quite reasonable and he takes checks as well as credit cards. After he left I realized he not only fixed our problems, but he had also sealed our kitchen sink - something that was needed but we didn't ask him to do. I thought that was a nice touch because it was not necessary for him to do that, but needed nonetheless kwim.

I am a confident, take-care-of-myself woman, but I'm not naive. I made sure that my husband was home with me for both safety and to avoid the ""take advantage of the little woman"" syndrome. I feel confident that I could have been home alone when Edgar and his team showed up. I highly recommend you use this company!

Updated review: since I left this review I was contacted by the owner who noted he was unable to return calls as he was dealing with a family emergency. I generally try and trust what people say unless I have evidence to the contrary, so I will believe him and increase my rating to two stars.
