I called this company as my water heater was leaking and I spoke to a nice gentleman called Edgar. He was quick and very responsive to my problem and promptly came to identify the issue and recommended a short term and a long term fix. As a short term, he replaced the temperature and pressure valve of the heater and in the process, the knob that controls the water to the heater broke. He was very helpful in getting that fixed too which took much longer than expected. Overall he spent 2 hours. All was well until he completely overcharged us ($485) to do this job. I researched online and the parts cost about $40 and even if you add $100/hr which is way overpriced, it comes to $240. I ended up paying $300 which I think now was too much. Even though he seemed knowledgeable and helpful, this has left a bitter taste.

We called Solution Plumbing because we needed some routine plumbing done in our home. Edgar came to give us an estimate for the routine work and upon inspection of the pipes informed us that we should probably consider a repipe for our house because our existing pipes were galvanized and in bad condition and should be replaced with copper ones. I knew we needed a repipe, and as an experienced homeowner, I had done my homework by getting 5 other Plumbing contractors to give estimates for the work I needed done. Edgar gave me a very reasonable estimate in comparison to the other plumbing contractors. The other estimates were all 25-30% more expensive than Solution Plumbing. Upon completion of the job we were very satisfied with the work, and were assured that if we had any problems with the work they had done to call them and they would return and address the problem. Edgar, Miguel, Carlos, and Chino were considerate of our home, timely and efficient in their work efforts and I would gladly recommend to anyone. A big thank you to everyone at Solution Plumbing, we look forward to using you for all of our plumbing need in the future.

If you experience of clogged bathroom sink or drainage problem, Solution Plumbing is the best one to call. Edgar will come into rescue and he will do the job as what have had discussed.

When I make a call and no one is available on urgent situation for my bathroom sink, Edgar is the only one who came immediately and tried to solve it and the work was done for 2 days. Really appreciate for good job well done.

Very professional. We have a main pipe eruption last month and they came in fix it right away.. After the fix, we can hear the water pipe making sounds during night and we asked them to check out, they came in 3 times on various days and whenever they came the sound disappears, i.e. we can't reproduce the problem during the day time. But we still can hear the sounds when we use water during nights, then we asked a handy man come and he adjusted the water pressure a few psi lower and that solved the problem. In any case, we appreciate the fix and they took time to come 3 times to check out.

Our tenant was stuck on a Sunday with a broken hot water valve that would not shut off. The city was able to shut the water off right away but we needed to get this fixed right away. Our regular plumber does not work on Sundays so I was stuck scouring Yelp to find a plumber. Solution plumbing had great reviews so I gave them a call. Edgar answered and told me he was in the area and could be over in less than 10 minutes. He indeed arrived as he said he would. He took a look at our faucet which is in a 100 year old Craftsman house. Unfortunately the job could not be done the same day but he was able to just shut off the water to shower so the rest of the sinks could be used. He came back promptly on Monday and fixed the job at a price slightly less than he originally thought. This was amazing as I thought we would be stuck paying way more for a Sunday emergency appointment. As a matter of fact I am having his come over to look at a job at my main house. I highly recommend using Solution Plumbing and will refer Edgar to my friends in the future.

It is never pleasant to deal with any kind of plumbing issues. And when the issue is related to toilets, you want it taken care of asap. We recently moved into house that was built in 1963 and quickly realized that all the new plumbing done throughout the house didn't matter as the weakest spot was the sewer line connecting to city sewer, which required thorough cleaning.

Yesterday, I called around a few places for hydro jetting service. One did not pickup or got back, another one quoted almost $900 dollars for 2 hours (Really!) and wanted me to wait for a week. And then I found Solutions Plumbing through Yelp!. Ed asked me questions and gave me price on the phone, and said he could come next day, that is today.

Today, Ed informed me by message before arriving, and then arrived few minutes before scheduled time, got straight to work. Within first 10 minutes, he already found the source of the problem - root intrusion - he showed me everything on video camera, and was able to flush it out with hydro jets. Ed identified the segment of the pipe that I know we will have to replace eventually, and also made recommendations about what we could do to prevent problems until then. I also decided to get kitchen drain inspected while they were there. And Ed was able to accommodate additional service before leaving as they were well equipped with additional batteries for the camera.

I was very pleased with professionalism of Solutions Plumbing. They were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, well equipped, and they got the job done! I would definitely use their service in future if I need to!

Found Edgar on line and decided to give him a try since he had so many great reviews. He didn't disappoint one bit. He was friendly and professional. Fixed the issue in no time and even showed up early( that never happens) but text me to make sure it was OK and we were home. If we ever need anything with plumbing again we will be sure to give Edgar a call. It's hard to find good help these days. I definitely recommend solution plumbing and drain services!!!

My house was built in 1963, the entire sewer system has been over 50 years. Last Sunday it suddenly gave us a big surprise that stopped working. The dirty water came back to the tube if we flushed the toilet. The worse thing was it happened at midnight!!! I tried to call couple of contractors but no one willing to come. Then I found Solution Plumbing at Yelp and dialed their number. It was Edgar taking the phone. After I telling him the situation, he just said "" I will be there in an hour"" without hesitation. I was so grateful when his big van showing up in front of my house. He helped to released the drain pressure, inspected the pipe with video snake, very professional! Then he cleaned the pipe using drain opener, checked the whole system, figure out the leakage pipe to me. Very nice service and fast working. I also decided to hire them replacing the sewer system, of cause I got a pretty good deal from Edgar. Highly recommended Solution plumbing and drain!!

I had a complicated situation for a water heater replacement within a triplex unit and Miguel did the replacement which started on a Saturday and he wrapped up on Monday since the replacement water heater supplier was closed over the weekend. He took care of following up without any intervention needed by me. That was pretty cool!

2-3 weeks later, there was some dampness on the floor in the water heater closet. Without hesitation, Edgar came by and spent a few hours figuring out the issue which was due to some condensation pipe popping loose. I am happy to say that the Solution Plumbing and Drain team stands behind their work and are very dependable. It's great to see people honoring the work they do. Kudos!
