These people came to my home after mold remediation to fix the leak that caused the mold issue. They charged me half up front and wanted the other half in the next 24-48 hours. They also sold me on fixing the tile and other repairs from the mold remediation. Once they got their money, they sent people out whenever they wanted, ~ 2 times a week. After fixing the leak, when they started tiling, I realized how big of a mistake I made. They didn't have the right tools, put the tile the wrong direction, and did not even close off gaps in the boards above the bathtub to make sure no water would get in the walls before throwing tile on. I had them take off the one wall of tile they put above the tub and wanted to end the agreement because the managers were insistent that their technicians did nothing wrong. Could they not even see that the tile was facing the wrong way? They sent out a young manager that had only been there a year for a walk-through, and he had the young con-artist girl who took all my money call me. She told me I wouldn't get a dime back and that I could sue them if I wanted and that I would not win. They took off all remaining baseboards in the area, cracked one of my walls, and even did more damage with the prepping they did. Never pay a contractor all their money up front. They had their money and that's all they cared about. BEWARE!!! Did I mention they changed their name and will probably do it again. They also have an F rating on BBB. I wonder why? I highly regret ever calling them. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!

Overpriced, fast talking,Liars.
Paid $19,000 for a thin plastic bag ( 3 mill ). When you're in a pickle you're not sure what to do. During jet wash they didn't cover places in bathroom and black stinky water everywhere I had to clean up cause they won't.
Waiting 3 months now for videos and correct paper work for insurance,in which they say they would do but won't.
Say their is $21,000 more damage that needs to be fixed.But they won't give you a video showing this.
About 40 calls and 3 months you can't get them to do anything.
I would think twice before calling them out.

Called to have someone go out to a rental property to unclog a clogged toilet. Agreed to $129 service fee.

Awesome speedy service as Austin showed up within one hour. I should have known something was wrong as all other plumbers said could not come until next day as it was 4 pm on Sunday when I called RC. They never mentioned surcharge and since service fee was $129 I assumed I was paying for a Sunday night service call.

Austin looked at toiled used my plunger and stirred up the water a bit then told me:

He said it's normally $350ish but since he has to remove fecal matter (it had already almost all gone down by now and was continuing to slowly drain), carry his snake up the 15 steps inside my 900 sq. ft condo, remove the toilet and snake pipe.
I've used many plumbers in the past and had many upstairs toilets snaked and never paid more than $400 total for the worst circumstances. This was not that bad.
I was going to reluctantly move forward since my tenat needed to have this fixed and Austin was there.
He then told me I needed to sign a docusign agreement and pay ahead of time for him to start working. Did not like paying in full in advance of any work being done but agreed to. Until the docusign showed up from the RC Pros office on my email. It read: 1. Carry toilet upstairs (guess they meant carry snake but anyway for $1000 kind of unprofessional) 2. Customer is aware pipe is damaged or corroded and the machine could cause further damage. I asked them to remove that sentence since there was not any pipe damage. Austin agreed there was no pipe damage but could be once he removed the toilet and saw the pipe. I asked why do I have to sign something saying there is ALREADY pipe damage when the toilet hasn't even been removed and he agrees there is no pipe damage either one of us is aware of . He said it's just their procedure and I must sign it as it is for him to do work.

I refused to sign. He left. Toilet is flushing great today without his service and $1000+ invoice.

Keep looking you'll find another plumber. After ready reviews I am glad I passed on this one!

I used their $49 drain clearing coupon, and $1,030 later with drain not cleared, I was not happy. Called and emailed to talk to owner about some relief on the bill. They never bothered to reply. Feel really ripped off and realize the coupon was a bait and switch scenario, and Pro's is certainly a misnomer.

RC Pros told us the work on our plumbing would take 24-48 hours, it took over a month.
Throughout this month they lied on several occasions regarding what was going on (office staff and Collin contradicted what the plumbers themselves told us), tried to upsell us services, charge us more, have us pay before services were finished, destroyed part of our flooring, and had little to no communication throughout the process.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RC PRO PLUMBERS TO ANYONE!

Please do your due diligence and check their reviews (there are a lot of good ones but also a few bad ones), also check out this link regarding their Better Business Bureau accreditation having been suspended due to unresolved complaints.

Stay away from RC Pros Plumbing. Very poor services and cheating. They charged me $600 just for a low leak from bathroom sink drain and they had to come twice to fix, but the leak was not completely fixed. Stay away from this company PLEASE.
