Scam. I am not a young woman, so I guess I looked like an easy mark.
I thought I needed a line to my sinks cleaned out, as it appeared it was full of calcium deposits, with three spouts barely running water. After I showed the two guys the sinks with no pressure, I then took them up to where the water heater was located, and left them to diagnose the problem.
I had a friend over, so I let them do their thing. They were upstairs about 20 minutes, where the water heater is located. The so-called plumbers then came downstairs and said they removed the residue from my water heater and ran it down my toilet. I read later, you are never to do this. They expressed there was not much residue in the water heater and that the problem was much more serious. I asked about running chemicals through the lines, but they said they never do this. What the heck?
I also never saw them go upstairs with a hose to drain the water heater.
They then quoted me "$8000", yet no thorough diagnostic was done. They were then going to email me a quote and itemize out the work. I never received the itemized bill.
My friend and I then realized they never went to check the faucets after they drained the water heater, as we were downstairs and they would have had to go right past us. Something did not add up.
What then upset me was I went upstairs that evening to find the lights on in the bedroom, the bathroom, the closet to the attic and my attic light. They even left the door open to the attic. Cold air was running through the upstairs. They did nothing but try to scam an old woman.
The next day I had another plumbing company come out and within 5 minutes of looking at my water heater, determined all I needed were 4 double A batteries. Problem solved. I also never received the quote from these guys. They just wanted to take advantage of an old woman.

They were not clear in explaining their pricing and technician overcharged me and company did not listen to my explanation of What I believed what was explained to me as fast as my total Cost. I would never do business with this Company again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this Plumbing company

Scammers do not go with them! This company quoted to arrive within a 4 hour window and then shows up 3 hours late with no communications or updates. Once the tech arrives they will run your card for hundreds of dollars, shrug their shoulders and say they don't know how to solve your problem they will need hundreds more to solve the problem. Talked to Deena the manager who couldn't have cared less and was quite rude over the phone. Save your time and find a local plumber off angies list or google. They will appreciate your business more and provide better customer service. Lesson learned!

We had a leak around the pipe from the washer. The service guy said it would require concrete work among other things. We had a second opinion and this service guy said part of the 1st guy's recommendation was not to code and would cause other issues. I would suggest getting a second opinion for jobs involving expensive repairs. We are saving over 2000.00.

Had to have a sewer line replaced and they were able to provide a substantially lower quote for Trenchless repair than what we received from competitors that only offered the conventional trenched method. These guys were professional, always provided status updates, and even knocked out a couple things they ran across at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again!

The plumber they sent was super helpful! We were concerned about a potential blockage in our plumbing system and after discussing with their plumber we felt much better.

Lengthy to get point across never to use these people. We started off being impressed with urgency the plumbing company had regarding our collapsed pipe in middle of night. The sleeve used has a lifetime warranty. . We also used them to do reno for water damage and update other fixtures in bathroom. Then the problems started. The girl who quoted our job did not allow for LKQ value of fixtures we already had, then tried to turn it into we needed to pay more. No one ever gave us photos or asked for approval of material to be used. Always turning it around as we are the problem.most workers were subcontractors , never to be seen again after screw ups. The flooring was redone twice and now is buckling again no adhesive. Flooring was paid for. They wanted shower payment we declined until job completion. Now won't repair the flooring until bathroom is paid. After 8 weeks of excuses I was finally given a visit by a "crisis member" who I found out is one of many owners. He agrees to bump up the vanity and toilet due to all issues and timing. As we appreciated this it was something that should of been included in original quote. Not to mention they ordered wrong size vanity did not meet code then tried to charge us for restock saying we declined the item. No project manager who knew anything was onsite. Then while installing these items the workers kept telling me it can't be installed won't fit. I had to show them how to make it fit. They finished the bathroom. The new pipes had backup due to materials in drain. The shower tiles are scratched, unlevel and the floor pan and pipes were not installed correctly then floor pebbles installed didnt drain. The shower door installed correctly shattered on my 10 yr old grandson the other night. Thank God only 2 scratches as he was paralyzed in corner of the bathroom When they installed they threw away the guard for wall to not hit the tile. I was told that was normal. They said all they will do is replace the shower door. No one gave a damn about trauma a child suffered or possibly harmed worse than they were. After 9 weeks and many excuses they are so busy, not my problem. Said they would make it right. I was giving them the benefit of checking everything. Now they want payment for a shattered glass and won't repair the flooring just put in a month ago for the second time due to incorrect install first time. Nightmare after nightmare. I asked certain workers do not return to my home due to issues they caused, now they are blaming me for delay in work. Insanity. Clearly they are only worried about making $ no integrity. Save yourself some stress. Use someone with experience. Not on Angie's list because they self promote. Only by referral and go inspect the job. Get everything in writing keep all communication in written form with pictures and your permission.
