Rob returned my calls promptly
Came out the same day.
Helped me find a cheaper replacement part which he installed. (new blower for furnace)that saved me $300. and fixed a dripping kitchen sink faucet he noticed while standing in my kitchen.
I feel you could not ask for a better repair tec. !!!!!

Rob is trying to charge me $395 to replace a cold water shut off valve, under a bathroom sink. It is a PEX fitting, and literally requires a snip of the PEX tubing and a small crimp ring. He then went through the house, looking for other things to work on while he was there. He did the work already and then spouts off some random price. There is no way that this can be legal.

He is difficult to get a hold of. Doesn't return calls with any promptness....usually a day or two after the second or third call to him.
Rob quoted me a price for closing my cottage for the winter, then wrote the bill for more. We did come to an agreement on that one.
I opened my cottage this spring with my son and when I called to ask what water valves he shut off since water was not coming in to one of the toilets, he wanted to charge me $220 to come out and help figure that out. Seemed a bit pricey. Then he got a little defensive. I told him I wasn't blaming him, just trying to figure out if he shut off something that we have never shut off in the past. I won't be using Rc Plumbing in the future and cannot give a favorable review.
