Ive dealt with multiple plumbing businesses and none of them deserve the praise that bobby does. I train horses for a living so when I had a plumbing issue I automatically assumed I would be having to waste an entire day at home waiting for the plumber to arrive. This was not the case!!! I called Bobby from Plymwr plumbing and he was very helpful over the phone and he was even able to squeeze me in for 10 that morning. So my skeptical side assumed he would be there about noon...I was wrong, he was there at 9:45! He fixed my broken pipe and I was back to work by 11:30! YOU WANT HONESTY, RELIABILITY AND ALL AROUND PROFESSIONAL?! CALL BOBBY AT PLYMWR PLUMBING! THANKS AGAIN!

Found this company through Old Republic home-warranty, I called the day of to try to schedule. He answered the phone and said he was at a clients house and would call me around 4pm later. I say okay fast-forward two days later no calls or messages. I call the warranty company and the man says that he has been calling me and leaving multiple messages.. umm... no.. MY PHONE IS GLUED TO ME. I received no calls or messages. He then tells her to transfer my call to another company he is too booked. Amazing that I didn't even have this person in my home before they showed their customer service skills then basically calls me a liar.

Terrible establishment. Rude customer service. Do not use them I would Highly recommend Integrity Plus Plumbing instead. If they don't service my area then why did the MANAGER schedule the appointment with me, the homeowner, only to text me two hours after they were supposed to show up to inform me that there was an emergency... so unprofessional.

We have had a few plumbing issues in the last couple of months of owning our house that is over thirty years old. Robert has come each time and provided excellent service. He has gone above and beyond our expectations every time. Robert is thorough in his work, provides both suggestions and solutions, and we don't question his integrity. Robert explains everything well, so that we can easily understand what is wrong and how/why he will fix the problems. From internal leaking pipes, water valve issues, to major toilet trauma, he is our first choice for all plumbing problems and we would recommend him to anyone.

My hot water heater was making crazy sounds. Robert called me and explained the reasons behind the sounds. Advised me to take a few steps and if it did not resolve the issue then he doesn't mind coming out to my house.

Needless to say, ""those simple steps saved me money and made me feel safer."" (I thought that at some point the heater was going to blow.)

I had them install a new garbage disposal unit. The service was very professional and prompt. He even showed me how to properly maintain the disposal.

It's always hard to find a good plumber. Plymwr does a great job and I will certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.

Bob came out to repair our water heater. He was prompt with his arrival time, as well as quick in diagnosing the problem - broken heater element..He seemed very sincere and most of all, very reasonable on the repair cost..I highly recommend Plymwr!

Contacted various plumbing company's .... This company by far provided a reasonable estimate for the work I needed done. It was done quickly and proper . No issues what so ever, excellent communication. Would recommend them !!!

If you have ever had a toddler you should be familiar with the joy of having an unknown object stuck somewhere in your toilet pipes. Called Plymwr at 5am Monday morning and they were at my house the same day to save me. Super nice and professional guys. I always go with family owned and operated businesses so that is a plus. Reasonable price and professional service. I will be using them in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

We had our bath tub clogged for almost a week and half. We didn't know where to start so my wife did the searching and wanted to keep it local.

She found Plymwr Plumbing here on yelp and decided to give them a try. She spoke with David and he returned her call immediately. He gave us pricing up front and scheduled us with the best available appointment. I say pricing up front because many of us get pissed off when service people change it later or miss to tell you something. But not these, guys very straight forward and honest.

Dave came out bright and early as he said. I explained to him the situation with our bath tub and all the methods I tried. He came in fixed the problem very fast within the hour. Now we have a bath tub that drains,

I would recommend these guys to everyone. They offer great customer service. They will answer your questions up front especially when it comes to pricing and will come out as soon as to the best of their availability. They will get your place fixed in no time.
