Whether you need a new Water Heater installed or a Grey Water System set up, we have the expertise and equipment to complete the task correctly and efficiently.
Yelp has been problematic! They filter out our recent 5-star reviews unless we pay for advertising ($500 or more monthly), and they permit fraudulent users to submit one-star reviews. So, skip Yelp; we ask you not to review us there. We welcome your reviews on Facebook, Angie's List, Google, and HomeAdvisor.
This bio serves to inform customers about my filtered reviews. Because I won’t invest in Yelp ads, they remove all my 5-star reviews, while allowing fake users to post negative reviews. It’s frustratingly similar to extortion, isn’t it? But this is how homeowners can see who they are dealing with. I deserve a fair opportunity since Yelp is not being equitable. I’ve uploaded numerous pictures proving those one-star reviewers are not actual customers. Thank you, Yelp, for prioritizing profit over small businesses.

A copy of the email I sent to the owner of this company speaks volumes -
Robert -
It has been nearly 2 weeks since I met with you regarding my backyard BBQ and 7 days since I left a message with ""Anthony"" regarding the work which you began, abandoned and have failed to subsequently address - either through a returned call or other communication. This is not how a responsible, professional business operates.
You have attempted to change the terms under which we agreed for initial work on this project ($65 for seeing if the connection could be made), you have left property damage including disconnected pipes, severed cables/wires as well as a large hole in the ground with no expectation of completion or compensation for said damage. Thanks to your lack of care, I no longer have cable TV service on the first floor of my home.
You arrived over an hour late for our initial appt., left for another job in the midst of doing work on mine and have been generally irresponsible with little explanation other than to tell me/my wife that the previous contractor did bad work. I don't require an explanation of the obvious - you were contacted because we knew there was a problem. That you have complicated matters is inexcusable.
Rest assured that I will be sharing this experience, in detail, in all available venues including yelp, amazon, angie's list and anywhere else I can inform others to avoid the mistake I have clearly made in believing that your firm is a responsible vendor of plumbing services.
***Subsequent to this letter, one of the broken pipes (sprinkler) started gushing water into the hole. ""Anthony"" told me that Robert, the owner, had been fired for misrepresenting his position. Curiously, I saw a call on my caller i.d. from Robert, the day after he was ""fired."" Also interesting that Robert's middle name from his license is Anthony. Coincidence? Only if you believe that any of this reflects competence or behavior expected from a licensed contractor. See my photos for proof.
Save your time. Save your money. Avoid the headache. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
***FOLLOW UP 7/26/17 Robert eventually returned to repair the broken sprinkler and compensate me for the cable line break.

Great job... My hot water in take pipe was missed up...call my warranty company Old Republic, they hooked me up with this company. Everything was flawless timing and job...very happy with both company....

Called Plymwr Plumbing to come help me with a job the previous plumbing screwed up on. The last plumber came and was here for two hours to change the faucet I've order through Amazon. The faucet starts to leak in three days. Robert from Plymwr came in and fixed it in 10 min. Great to work with. I had to call in and change my appointment twice because of my schedule. He never had any problem with that and work around my schedule. Thanks again !

My water heater broke, and my house insurance Old Republic Home which also is garbage assigned the job to this so called plumber. The job was assigned thursday morning and I called this guy to know his eta and he said not till friday between 9-11am I said ok he might be busy and one day is not bad. Friday morning I call him to see if the time frame was the same and he said yes. 11:30 comes and no one is here i than call him and now he says it will be around 3-4 hours but not sure. Still being patient I tought I rather wait 4 hrs than to start the process over with this piece of crap insurance so around 2:15pm on friday old republic calls me saying that the plumber just called to say he couldnt do the job and now im having to wait who knows how long just to replace the water heater. If this guy was so busy why not be honest from the begining and say he couldnt do it? Decided to make me wait almost 2 days and than decide to tell me he couldnt, sounds like a not so proffesional plumber. Would not recommend, according to u i spoke to the secretary thursday and today to u the technician how akward they have the same voice lol, u said dentist appointment and 4 days ago u gave the same type of excuse to ernest lol.

My better half and I had a laundry list of disappointments with Plymwr Plumbing. Robert claims to be the owner and told us he hires people to help him with larger jobs, such as the re-pipe we had done on our home. To be fair, he did a good job with a few smaller things we called the home warranty about, which is who sent him out originally and how we met him. Things changed drastically when we hired him to re-pipe our entire home. I could spend far more time than I care to listing all of the disappointments, so instead, I'll focus on a few of the biggest issues.
- Before the re-pipe was started, we had a consultation with Robert and one of the things I asked about specifically was mess containment. Robert assured me they take care of any mess made, which was not the case. I work from home and came out to check on the progress a few hours after they started and found that Robert and his hired helper cut into our walls and rained fine, white plaster powder all over our kitchen appliances, bedroom electronics, etc. When I questioned him about it, he assured me they would clean up, but later had the nerve to suggest I hire a professional cleaning company to come in when they finished.
- Robert quoted our re-pipe as a two day job. Near the start of the second day, he claimed that another customer had a water main break and he needed to leave our job in order to service the other customer. He went on to tell us about how the following day he had a large number of work orders from the home warranty company, so he wouldn't be returning to complete our re-pipe until two days later. He missed appointments and promised time frames multiple times throughout the duration of what became more than the quoted two days.
- Near the end of the re-pipe, Robert told us that we needed to leave our walls open for a few days to ensure there weren't any leaks. We agreed that he would return the following Monday morning for a final inspection. In the interim, we realized that our guest bathroom toilet wasn't flushing, the shower handle in our master bathroom was loose, some of the other fixtures were loose, etc. Robert never showed for the final inspection (no surprise to us at that point) and I believe he blocked my number because after a few voice mails and text messages, his phone stopped ringing to voicemail when I'd call from my mobile number. When I thought to call him from my Google Voice number, he picked up on the second ring. In the end, we were forced to hire another plumbing company to take care of the final details, who also educated us on several other missteps Robert made on our re-pipe.
I could go on about how Robert had no respect for our home --damaging several things over the course of the job, repeatedly telling me how much our home ""sucked"" and was the worst house he'd ever done a re-pipe on due to our low pitched roof and plaster walls; of how he cooked up a story about being in a bad car accident (of which I sincerely felt concern for him over) and wouldn't be able to come to our home to finish the job because he'd been admitted into the hospital with a broken leg --only to find a review from someone else here around the same time frame who claimed he'd just come out to their home. The list goes on and on, but if you're still considering using this unprofessional and blatantly dishonest company after everything I've written so far, then you've already made up your mind and I wish you the best.

My appointment was for last night 5-8pm they didn't show up nor called me back after 8pm to apologize but they said that there a plumber will be here today from 12-3. Which Robert showed up, he was nice, fast and great! Thank you Robert for installing my new sink faucet!

Scheduled a warranty call with my homeowner warranty company late last night for my water heater. Needless to say I was disappointed to see this company assigned. In the past year I had an issue with a broken bathroom faucet to be replaced. A call was scheduled, then canceled after I cleared my schedule, waited and WAITED.
First thing this morning I called about the current request...no response, two hours later tried again...Nothing.
Called home warranty company to cancel and request A reemdy rooter & plumbing - QUICK response, reliable service gets the $
Keep Calm & Carry on

If you have a home warranty don't let them schedule this company . Slow on calling and didn't show up when promised . Called warranty company they could not get a hold of him either . So they canceled order and reassigned to a new company .

Ive dealt with multiple plumbing businesses and none of them deserve the praise that bobby does. I train horses for a living so when I had a plumbing issue I automatically assumed I would be having to waste an entire day at home waiting for the plumber to arrive. This was not the case!!! I called Bobby from Plymwr plumbing and he was very helpful over the phone and he was even able to squeeze me in for 10 that morning. So my skeptical side assumed he would be there about noon...I was wrong, he was there at 9:45! He fixed my broken pipe and I was back to work by 11:30! YOU WANT HONESTY, RELIABILITY AND ALL AROUND PROFESSIONAL?! CALL BOBBY AT PLYMWR PLUMBING! THANKS AGAIN!

Found this company through Old Republic home-warranty, I called the day of to try to schedule. He answered the phone and said he was at a clients house and would call me around 4pm later. I say okay fast-forward two days later no calls or messages. I call the warranty company and the man says that he has been calling me and leaving multiple messages.. umm... no.. MY PHONE IS GLUED TO ME. I received no calls or messages. He then tells her to transfer my call to another company he is too booked. Amazing that I didn't even have this person in my home before they showed their customer service skills then basically calls me a liar.
