Rey was an absolute joy to work with! He made it very easy to set up an appointment and he arrive on time and ready to go.

He fixed the plumbing issue we had (clogged sink), and was patient with me while I asked a bunch of questions about our sink and how to keep it unclogged.

I needed a new plumber as my last one went out of business. went online 1st time got a couple of quotes from yelp and the guy didn't show up and didn't call. tried it a second time and Rey was one of the first to reply. He gave me a reasonable/affordable quote, came to my home on a weekend without charging a higher weekend rate. I wanted some preventative maintenance done so i had a list of items i needed taken care plus a couple of ideas for future projects.

I contacted RC Plumbing on a Friday afternoon through the Yelp app. I requested a quote for a backed up toilet and slow draining shower and Rey responded within minutes! After answering a couple of clarifying questions for him, he was able to book me for the following morning. He came over to my house a little early (which was awesome) and went to work. He was able to fix both issues in under an hour. Rey was very professional, courteous, and respectful. In addition, he honored the quoted amount that we discussed and did not try to aggressively upsell me on anything. Couldn't be more pleased with our service today! Rey and Edgar came for what we thought was a stubborn clogged bathtub drain and we found that the flippers who we bought the house from did a lazy, crappy job installing the tub and drain set up. Rey was patient, knowledgeable and honest as he explained our options. They crawled below our house to check for more options, we decided together the best way to go and they ended up getting everything squared away for a VERY fair price. I mean, I am so thankful I found them. When they left, they left the bathroom looking better than they found it. Rey re-layed our soaker tub and re-caulked and it honestly looked better than when we bought it. I can't thank Rey enough for the amazing job he did on the plumbing issues with my home. Because I am getting ready to sell, and have thousands worth of renovations to do before listing, I decided to get multiple quotes for every aspect of the renovation. (painting, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

After doing extensive research on plumbing companies in the greater San Diego area, Rey was honestly a very easy choice for me. I found that many companies who gave quotes either tried to drastically over charge me, or tried to increase my Scope of Work beyond what was actually needed. What drove me to hire Rey was first and foremost that he was trying to do what was right for me and save me money. He was honest and upfront about what needed to be done to pass inspection (and please potential homebuyers), as well as what I could save money on (no one else did this). Also, and maybe just as importantly, his prices are very fair. I have a LOT of work to do on a limited budget and Rey's prices were spot on for the large amount of plumbing work I needed done. Also, the work he did on the house was perfect. Today I had him install a washing machine outlet box, and replace the Hardware on a few shower/bath tubs. After I finish with painting and cabinets I will be having him come back to install 5 different sinks, 3 faucets, as well as fixing a few pop up stoppers.

Last but not least, Rey has character. I'll say it again. Character. This is something a lot of people in business do not have. And when you spot it you should grab it. He was easy to work with, very polite, professional, and upfront and honest. I will be referring Rey to both family and friends in the area.

Ray and his son Ray Jr. Came to our rescue today with an emergency toilet issue at our business. Within the hour he was here and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Took the time to educate us on how to avoid the emergency in the future and how to shut off our commercial grade toilets when issues occur. Definitely recommend.

Horrible driver damn near side swiped me just to avoid letting me merge while driving his van advertising his company when I called to complain he cussed me out !!!! If his plumbing is like his driving or customer service I wouldn't trust him !! Just to be clear I have a dash cam too and it shows you damn near side swiping me form my side camera wish I would have just let you hit me !!!

My valve broke that connects our old water sprinklers on the side of our house going into the back yard. It broke in two places. At the time I had no idea. Rey from RC plumbing was efficient, friendly and explained every step of the process. He did not mind my pictures of his work or my need for explanations, so I can send the info to my landlord. He did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely call RC Plumbing again if ever the need arises.
