Wayne did a terrific job on my bathroom remodel. He completely transformed the place, and did so in a very reasonable timeframe. I'd consulted with a couple others before him, but could tell how experienced and reliable Wayne was, so the decision was simple. My bathroom is exactly what I'd envisioned. I highly recommend RC Plumbing & Design!

Unfortunately my garage door was broken due to a robbery attempt, so in addition to increasing my security, I had to deal with a broken garage door. My friend recommended this guy because I needed at least something to be assured with and forget about the door until I deal with the rest. So I glad that I made this choice. Wayne didn't take a lot of time to show up and worked fast both times. he got the situation and I was not overcharged. From my experience, this gut knows how to do his job well.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and were referred to Wayne. He showed up at the time he said he would and did a great job replacing some of the piping under the sink and clearing up the clog. He is very conscientious and we would definitely use him again. We would highly recommend him.

I'm not sure how to do negative stars. This guy is a complete scammer. Beware about using him. He bought a 400 $ boat part from me on eBay. I am in San Diego. Two days after he received the part he cancelled the payment, which I had not claimed yet in PayPal. I wrote message saying I didn't get it and he proceeded to act oblivious to this, even though I got an email saying he had cancelled the payment. see attached. After a week of Bs and acting like he was trying to get to bottom of it PayPal finally confirmed in fact Wayne had cancelled the payment manually, two days after the item had arrived. He admitted he had the part and said he would only mail me a check would not re pay on PayPal. Knowing the whole time he had cancelled and put me through 4 days of dealing with customer service at eBay and PayPal. The only recourse was to file a complaint online says the cops. So I drove to his house to either get part, money, or have him arrested for possession of stolen property. His wife accused me of damaging garage door and trespassing, when all I had done was knock on door. I had called the cops and when they showed up he wrote me a check for the amount originally, despite me having to take half a day and drive up to his house to track down this scumbag. People who own companies and boats should have more respect for people and themselves then this guy obviously does. If he will lie for a week about paying 377.13 for a boat part he got he probably isn't a good person. Watch out!

My original experience with Wayne was great, but his work simply hasn't held up over time. The baseboards he installed were not caulked and were destroyed after one splash of water. The grout between the tub and tile is already cracking and separating. Further, I asked for an estimate for a rebuild in my kitchen following a leak, and he's raised his prices without increasing his level of service. He has also refused responsibility for the damage to the baseboards he installed. Very disappointing.

RC Plumbing and Design did an excellent job for our project of adding shiplap to our living room entertainment wall. The owner was responsive, professional, and punctual. He even finished the job ahead of schedule and helped us with the TV mount. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use this business again.

We just had our second bathroom remodel done by Wayne and we couldn't be happier with his work. Wayne does it all from plumbing to tile, to electrical so there was no need for other contractors to schedule. After the first bathroom, which was a combination of porcelain and marble we knew we wanted Wayne to remodel our other bathroom. Aside from tile, sink, lighting, he put a new shower in one and a tub in the other. If I had more bathrooms to do I would definitely call Wayne.
My bathrooms are beautiful. Wayne shows up every day and is very reliable.

Recommend 100%! Wayne responded to my message within minutes and was available to come out the next day. Not only was he on time, he was actually early! Extremely respectful and polite. Took time to assess our clog and kept us updated. Unfortunately it was to deep for him to fix. He made a recommendation to another plumber who has the machine needed. Although he spent over 2 hours at our house working on the problem he didn't charge us because he didn't complete the job. He's very honest and a hard worker. Kept the area clean he worked in and cleaned up after he left. Would definitely use his services again!
