Had the A/C unit maintenance. That meant the outside unit cleaned and the inside unit cleaned and all components tested. Right away they didn't have a vacuum cleaner to use so I got mine out. On the phone they explained in detail what they would do and when I asked them aren't you going to pull the condenser out to clean they said they might hurt the lines. As a professional your should know how to do it and on the phone they said they would. That didn't happen and that was the main reason I had them come because they said they would pull it. They pulled the electrical cover off outside unit and found a dead mouse and a nest. After they left I noticed they left the mouse and nest next to unit. The started to clean the outside unit and I asked aren't you going to take off the outside cover that is how everyone over the years has cleaned it. He said he didn't need to. That unit was not cleaned right. A couple days later I called said I had a leak in inside unit and he never cleaned up the mouse. He said he never touched that line that was leaking. I asked if he was coming back and he never responded. Thank goodness I didn't have him repair the compositor or replace the fan. In my opinion he was unprofessional, over priced and does not do what he said he would to the unit. Would not recommend him.

Hired these guys to install a mini-split heating and A/C system in my house. They came out quickly to measure and prepare the quotation. Pricing was fair and they installed everything within 10 days (in the middle of the peak summer season). Richard, the owner, is a straight shooter and overall great guy. The install was done beautifully and we loved finally having A/C I. the house. Highly recommend this company.

What they hooked up they did well but they ran a line to a furnace we weren't gonna use and didn't run a line to the dryer like we asked set it up so they had to come back and ask us for a bunch for money
