Renee is great and was very helpful in solving a problem that two previous plumbers could not solve. He is very detailed oriented and courteous and he brings a fresh baked pie to each new customer! I have a 100 year old house and working on plumbing can be quite tricky, and one false move can cause a catastrophe. I felt very comfortable with Renee's 40 years of experience!

I've had a bit of an issue with my plumbing for a while, no crisis, but something I needed to get fixed. My kid's bathroom has been without a shower for awhile. I was out shoveling snow a couple of weeks ago and I saw a van go by, owned by R.B. plumbing, and it advertises 'no job too big or too small.' I memorized the phone number and a couple of days later I called. Rene was quick to set up an appointment and he was able to fix my problem in about an hour. A completely unexpected bonus was that he always gives a pie to a new customer. Right now I have two 20 year old college boys staying here and that pie won't last long. Rene is a great guy, got the job done, and from now on he will be my go-to guy for plumbing.

Called this guy based on the Yelp review's. He was pretty abrasive on the phone and much more interested in asking about my family history in the area than in my plumbing problem. Weird. He wanted me to call him back the night before he was to come out to ""remind him"". He didn't pick up, return the call or show up! What a bizarre experience! I think I dodged a bullet here!

I have had Rene do a few jobs for me when I was renovating my bathrooms. He did work on the bathrooms and always did a great job. He even assisted me installing a pumped toilet. My heating system was on it's last legs and on life support. I called two other vendors which provide me estimates but never followed up with me. Rene brought in the engineer and recommend a system. All of the
bids were close but I felt that Rene was always there for me and I know and trusted him. After a day and a half of install work I now have a hot shower. Rene is honest and trustworthy and his work is top notch. Thanks to his brother John and assistance from Bob Fitzpatrick.

Rene (pronounced ""rainy"") is great! Very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly, and offers great customer service. He means what he says ""No job too small"" (I had a very small job and he even came out on a Saturday). If you need a plumber, I highly recommend him.

Rene was amazing! He brought us a pie (something he does out of his own pocket for all first-time customers) and then walked us through every thing he was seeing and doing. He unclogged our kitchen sink (which was blocked a good 30 feet deep in the pipes), pointed out things he would suggest we do down the road, and even fixed a leaky faucet we had while he was there. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need a a great, fairly priced, and professional plumber.
