With a combined experience of over 34 years, Brian and Rick have honed their skills working for various employers. In 2012, they took the leap to partner up and start their own company.

At the age of 14, Brian started working with his stepdad, focusing on maintenance and repairs in mobile home parks. He worked his way up to manage a variety of building and repair projects. If given the choice, plumbing would be his preferred field, as it is his area of expertise. He has a reputation as a skilled troubleshooter! As a devoted single father of three, he has always called Iowa home. He loves to read westerns and ride his motorcycle to relax during his downtime.
