With a combined experience of over 34 years, Brian and Rick have honed their skills working for various employers. In 2012, they seized the chance to form a partnership and establish their own business.

Brian's career began at 14 when he helped his stepdad with maintenance and repairs in mobile home parks. He worked his way up to manage a variety of building and repair projects. If he had to choose a specialty, plumbing would be his top pick, as it is where he truly shines. He has a reputation as a skilled troubleshooter! As a devoted single father of three, he has always called Iowa home. He loves to read westerns and ride his motorcycle to relax during his downtime.
