Brian and Rick have accumulated more than 34 years of experience, having spent time working for different companies. In 2012, they took the leap to partner up and start their own company.

Brian began his journey in the industry at 14, assisting his stepfather with maintenance and repairs in mobile home parks. He worked his way up to manage a variety of building and repair projects. Plumbing would be his chosen path, as it is where he excels the most. He is well-known for his troubleshooting skills! He is a single dad of three and has lived in Iowa his whole life. In his leisure time, he finds joy in reading westerns and cruising on his motorcycle to unwind.
