They came out to fix our toilet via our home insurance policy, and charged $65 to just install a new flapper on the toilet. Less than 6 months later, the toilet was leaking again. Obviously, they didn't solve the root problem.

I was connected with Razorback Piping through my home warranty company. The technician who came out made one problem worse and told me he didn't think the warranty would cover the other. He was supposed to check and get back with me. He didn't. I called the plumbing company to check on it and the woman ""forgot"" to call me back. I finally called the Home Warranty company. They contacted Razorback Piping, who just wanted to argue with me and blame the home warranty company. So I called the home warranty company and when they contacted Razorback Piping, the lady said they no longer wanted to do work for me. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

After I missed work and waited around for them all day (they gave me a 10 - 2 window), I call and find out they are not delayed - they canceled! Did not let me know in advance.

Beware! I was forced to do business with Razorback Piping Systems due to my home warranty when my water heater tank busted on a Saturday. The warranty service said Razorback was not available until Monday morning, but I could get my own plumber and be reimbursed. Rather than facing the fight to get reimbursed I opted to wait until Monday morning. Monday morning Razorback called to delay to afternoon. Afternoon they called to delay to Tuesday. Tuesday they called to delay until Thursday. Thursday they actually showed up, said they would be back tomorrow to install the tank. Friday afternoon, day 7 without water, I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said they couldn't make it until Tuesday and it would be $300 for adding a pressure tank and disposal. Last fall I payed $850 because of no warranty for a water heater, this included a new water heater, pressure tank, drain pan, and disposal. I received same day service in this case. With the copay I am paying $360 and waiting 11 days without water with the home warranty. Razorback Piping is obviously not afraid to take advantage when given the opportunity!

Currently not accredited with BBB and not listed in Yelp or ask Angie's List; poor communication, appears to be a new plumbing business in LR area; not sure how associated with Razorback Plumbing in Hot Springs and in Pine Bluff.

Overall; stay clear, overpriced, under skilled and definitely would not give these kids keys to a house.

Make sure you do your homework and re-check with BBB; taking a chance until credited; double check licenses and insurance (be sure to see proof).
