I have called for his service TWICE so far. BOTH TIMES He was professional. Very Fairly priced & knew how to fix the problem.

He gradually worked up to the bigger & heavier duty machines while trying to find a simple solution that didn't cost me a fortune.

The lines underneath the toilet/mop sink/3 compartment were clogged and he was able to clear it out. Prompt solution and Very reasonably priced. Also provided some insights on how the clean-works and how to prevent the backup from happening.

Straight-forward, called before coming. On time.

Again, Fixed the problem, fairly priced, and professional. What more?

Great service from a local business owner here in West Covina. I checked with many other local companies in the area and they were way more expensive by around 50% more. I called Razor and they were able to come with in one hour to help me rooter a bath tub.

They knew just what needed to be done and took the time needed to make sure it's done right which was actually pretty fast. Also answered my other plumbing questions and inspected my toilets and adjusted them to make sure they were running right. Also told me my options for replacing a shower handle valve. My plumber Martin was friendly and provided great info. Highly recommend this place for all your plumbing needs.

If you're a local 626 resident and looking for a local plumber, Martin is the guy! I had a horrible underground leak that I wish to never experience ever again in this life time and Martin explained the process of resolution and including materials used to satisfy a fair length of warranty and reassurance. He replaced my bathroom faucet, hot and cold water valves and the p-trap. I have a small vanity so access is limited. It was a difficult job but he handled it like a pro. And it was a very reasonable price considering the time and effort involved.

I will definitely call him again should I need another plumber.

I had a sewage backup problem due to roots in our drains. A problem that I've had before and had previously used Roto Rooter, who charged hundreds of dollars. I called them again and they wouldn't give me any type of estimate until i scheduled an appointment and they came down. Tired of dealing with the usual bs and inflated prices of the big name brand company I searched around on google and yelp looking for other options when I came across Razor Rooter. I'm a big yelper and they had a solid 4.5 star rating. I read some of the reviews, liked what i read and decided to call to give them a shot. A lot of the reviews referenced good service from Martin, the owner, so I called and asked for him.

From the start he was straightforward and I appreciated that he answered any questions i had about price estimates and explained in detail any possible work. I made an appointment with him the next morning to come use a rooter snake down our sewage pipes to help clean out any roots causing the blockage. Martin was professional and came on time. He was pleasant to interact with and provided excellent service. He was able to clear out a lot of the roots in our drains and I am content to be able to use my restroom once again!

In summary, Martin and Razor Rooter aim to provide honest and dependable plumbing service at an affordable price. They charge a fraction of what the large, shadier companies like Roto Rooter do. I would know as I've used both! I saved a lot of money choosing Razor Rooter for the same or i'd say better service and will continue to use them in the future if any problems occur. I would recommend Martin and Razor Rooter to my friends, family and coworkers. Thank you Razor Rooter!

Wouldn't even give one star but it is a requirement. Where do I begin? I have a guy that does great work but I was unable to reach him and was desperate to resolve my plumbing problem. I call up this guy and he says ok I will be there in 30 minutes. When he gets here I show him to the wash out and tell him exactly what to do because I have had the same issue before its less than 15 feet away from the opening and he says ""ok I normally charge $300.00 dor that because its after 10pm but since we are neighbors (we live in the same city) I will do it for $150.00"" .I tell him I need to call my husband to let him know and he responds with the dumbest comment ever! ""Oh really I thought you were the boss."" Who says that really? I tell him no thanks but I appreciated him coming out so late. Why would I pay $150 for a $50 job no way! He then replys with ""I can go as low as $89.00 "" I again say no that's ok I will just try to contact my guy in the morning. He starts to get an attitude and is snippy and says ""well if you got $50.00 cash I will do it"". At that point I'm really annoyed because he knew it was a quick and simple 10 minute job and he was going to try and swindle me. I would never do business with him ever or recommend him to anyone. I'm almost positive all of these other 5 star reviews are phony!
