The men that came to fix my garbage disposal were no help at all. They told me what I already knew; that my disposal was broken. They took everything out from under the sink and left it on the counters. The cleaned out the garbage disposal and then proceeded to spill all of its contents on the kitchen floor. They were not wearing masks despite COVID still being at large in the area. I will not be using this service again.

Called up Razor Rooter and they were at my house within an hour to troubleshoot my low pressure issue. They had the problem figured out within 10 minutes and had me fixed after a quick run to Lowe's. Fantastic work and will recommend them to everyone.

Mr. Jon Vinson, the owner and a licensed plumber, came to my house a couple of weeks ago for stopped up plumbing. I was very impressed by his approach to the problem. He spends a lot of time diagnosing, before acting. His service was very prompt and reasonable. My hot water heater went out over the weekend, so I called Mr. Vinson. He was here first thing in the AM, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He's the best--a reliable plumber.

The woman that answered the phone had a serious attitude and talked with the assumption that I knew every detail of how their service worked. She was extremely condescending and hung up on me, so I didn't actually get to experience their technical service, but if it's anything like their customer service then it's probably terrible.

After returning from vacation I discovered that something had stopped up in the plumbing for my bathroom, causing sewage to back up into the bathtub. Within about 30 minutes of calling Razor Rooter, two fellows came over and took a look at the problem. They ran a rotorooter through some pipes below the house and fixed whatever was causing the issue. They were professional and friendly. The cost was 89 dollars.

So if anybody out there is looking for a plumber Razer Rooter is your guys. they came out this morning, I had a clogged toliet and a clogged up kitchen sink. they were so professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. Horrible Company!!! Please save yourself a bad experience and find another company to use. They came out and spent less than 30 minutes on the problem and told us that it was fixed and charged us $119 after they had quoted $89 on the phone. The problem was not fixed and happened the very next day. They came back out and said they couldn't do anything else to fix it besides take a camera down the drian to look inside of it. They said the owner would give us a call. He never called. We tried several times to get ahold of him and finally did today. The guy was going to charge $150 to put a camera down the drain. We said we should get some kind of discount b/c we paid $119 and still have the issue. The owner ended up getting mad about something and hanging up on us. We tried calling back and he will not get the phone. Can you believe he hung up on a costumer!?! Anyways, please don't waste your money on this horrible company!

I live in an older house with two roommates, and about a month ago our pipes burst and started spewing dirt and mud out of the showers, sinks, and toilets. We called Razor Rooter and they came and cleaned everything out and said it was all good. Three weeks later it happens again and when we call their response was ""You obviously did something to it because it wasn't our work that messed it up.""

The next day they call and say they will be there in 15 minutes, so I leave class and then sit at home for 2 1/2 hours until they actually show up. When the guy comes, he stands at my doorway complaining about his job, his clients, the cold etc, and then abruptly walks away with his toolbox around the house. 20 or so minutes later I see his truck leave and he calls and says that ""we flush too much toilet paper"" and the problem is fixed. He never even came in the house to look at the inches of mud in our bathtub, or told us the problem in person. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life, do not use this company.

I recently had the need for a plumber to unstop a sink. My first contact with them was a cell phone answered, ""yeah"". As in ""yeah what do you want?"" I then told the person about my problem and asked if they could come fix it. I gave them my address and was told they would be there in a couple hours. Five hours pass and I call them back. I was told 30 more minutes. They show up, all the while complaining that my house is ""impossible"" to find. It's on a corner. The guy, and I don't know his name, mumbles something when i shook his hand and let him in my home. I explain my problem and tell him what I need done. I step away for 5 minutes and he is asking my girfriend for the billing address and promptly leaves without teling me what he had done or doing what I had asked. I have a recurring problem with this and have temporarily unstopped my sink several times. I needed the drains snaked. No way he had time to complete that task. The guys eyes were wide open and had to hav been on somthing too. So my reccomendation is to find another company to help you. These guys were grossly unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them in your home.
