The world would be a better place if every contractor was as professional and honest as Ray Dionisio! Ray and his colleague, Mario, hit all of my high notes. I needed that reassurance because I hired them to take on my aging, underground cast iron pipes that not only ran from the kitchen to the city line, but also wrapped around the house and connected into a room addition.

Raytech was prompt in sending bids that were detailed, fair, and included the warranty. Ray and Mario always arrived on time and were professionally dressed. They kept me informed throughout the process, were happy to answer questions, and they completed the work when they said it would be completed.

Cindy, their office manager, is just as kind, calm, and efficient. The company they contracted to do the epoxy lining for one portion of the job was also professional, on time, and effective.

This job required me to part with some of my most beloved shrubs, one of which was planted in memory of a late parent. Ray and Mario couldn't have been more sensitive and patient while I came to terms with what needed to happen. They took care of that plant removal and broke down the thick branches for me.

Ray and Mario remained personable, focused, and positive throughout, even after working in the crawl space for over an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and also notified me of an issue unrelated to plumbing that they would address if they were in my shoes.

Dionisio & Mario came out & cleared the clog in my kitchen sink quickly and effectively. They were very clean & super conscientious, there was no mess for me to clean up after. Their pricing is reasonable & they're knowledgeable enough to communicate exactly what's needed, up front. A different company had come out twice & billed me both times but the sink was still clogged. On their third visit, they said hydro jetting was the only solution & quoted me an exorbitant amount. Raytech charged 80% less & cleared the clog in 90 minutes by snaking thru the clean out & flushing with a hose. If you're looking for a trustworthy company that gets the job done I recommend you call Raytech.

he does not only comes to your house but he brings the whole company with him and his complete set of tools to get the job done right.
especially replacing my water heater and my water pressure guage.
hes reasonable and he guarantees his work 100%

I had to have my plumbing replaced. One too many leaks ""bad plumbing"" I called Ray he single handily repiped my whole house. It was a job I was extremely apprehensive to do, But Ray would come do his work leave at the end of the day like he wasn't even there. Taped up my open exposed walls. The price never changed when the job was done. Extremely satisfied.
