Constance H.Called Monday 6/19 for an appointment to have two faucets replaced. Got an appointment for Tuesday 6/27 at 10am at ten after, we called to confirm. We were told that THEY were not coming, but a company called TNT was coming to do the job, and they would call us shortly. At NO TIME were we called by anyone. Ray's didn't even have the courtesy to let us know they weren't coming. My husband took the day off for NOTHING.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. Nor will we be using either company.
