We took Ray's service for the messed up plumbing work that was done earlier by different plumbing guy, Ray was very responsive and showed up at the earliest. They are very knowledgeable fix all the drain and vent problem under the crawl and in the kitchen. I should have given them 10 stars if I could. Also they give us warranty for their work that's really a piece of mind.
Will also update this review after a month of use how is it working. But for now
I am very happy and thankful to Ray and his team.

Nothing but positive things to say. Ray was incredibly responsive when I contacted him. He was able to schedule very promptly and was amazingly punctual on the day. He was able to address our water heater issue to our satisfaction. We are very pleased to have worked with him!

Who wouldn't love Ray. He comes when he says he's going to come, does what he says he's going to do (and fast), and does it for a fair price. Plus, he's a damn nice guy. I highly recommend Ray.

Ray is truly awesome. He has saved us multiple times now! He is very responsive and that has made all the difference for us when it's our one toilet that has broken, or when the handle for the kitchen faucet came off in my husband's hand yesterday...
Ray's skill is immediately apparent, if he fixes something, it stays fixed! He is also really efficient; I would guess he and Cory (who was also great and friendly) were in my house for maybe 30 minutes and replaced an entire faucet AND fixed a clogged drain in that time.
On top of that, Ray is a good communicator and respectful to our home - always automatically puts on shoe covers, cleans up any debris etc. Thank you, thank you, Ray, for your quick response time and your expertise. Would not hesitate to reach out to him for any plumbing woes and will recommend him to anyone!
