Called Ray's to get a kitchen sink drain cleared. His assistant, Bonnie, at first said Ray ""didn't have the tools"" to clear a clogged kitchen sink! Then she said it was a very messy job, and suggested a sewer line roto rooter company. When I said that only one sink was slow so likely not a sewer line problem, she said she would talk with Ray and call back in an hour. Three days later and still haven't heard from them. Got a general handyman to do the job.

They charged my mom $312 for less than one hour of non-emergency work on toilets. This wasn't even a full hour of work, most of it was chatting with mom.
