Ray was our regular plumber back when he was at his former employer. They would always dispatch him out to our condo complex, so often times we would just contact him directly. His work was always outstanding. Now that he has his own business, it just made sense for our complex to continue using Ray's services. Communication with him is always excellent, he is prompt, has continued to do his stand-up work, and his pricing is extremely fair. Our complex has some pretty old and run down pipes, but the ones that he has personally worked on and replaced have been rock solid. We estimate that our entire system will eventually be replaced by Ray in 10 years time lol.

In summary, Ray is a fantastic and honest plumber who we are very fortunate to have as our regular. We hope to continue working with him for years to come. Given the condition of our pipes, we'll be calling him again very soon I imagine.

Ray is great! Really quick to answer when you need him, lots of knowledge and expertise on plumbing. He's very clear on what's necessary to fix something and will speak up if something you're requesting doesn't make sense or will cause damage down the line, which I appreciate. He's also been great about answering any questions I've had to ensure I understand what he's doing, and consistently does careful and efficient, quality work for very reasonable and transparent prices.

Ray is always our top choice for a plumber whenever we have any plumbing needs for our house or rental unit. He is excellent at communicating, always on time, and always does a great job. He also charges very fair prices. We have had him replace toilets, replace a clawfoot tub, install a kitchen sink and garbage disposal, work on our gas lines, you name it. Would definitely recommend him.
