Had a clogged main sewer line. Called Ray on urgent basis and he had someone here in less than 15 minutes. When home was built, they didn't put in sewer cleanouts so it became a complicated issue. They had to jackhammer through rocky soils down 6 feet. All this time, we could not use water, so Ray and his crew stayed until the job was finished, even though it was not finished until past midnight. Ray takes pride in his work to get it done right, no matter how what time it is. He also stuck to his original quote even though it took hours to jackhammer down 6 feet. Highly recommend Ray's Plumbing.

Our first job was a pipe repair on copper pipe that developed a pin hole leak from a small rock that had settled against main pipe on our pipe outside between the main meter and our home. We called many companies all week trying to handle job and Rays PLUMBING arrived 3pm on a Friday on memorial day long weekend and fixed it right away .

Joe was amazing and got us whole again that day. We then decided to replace our copper pipe from street to house with a 1 inch flexible pipe. Big job requiring digging up our paver stone driveway and patio. Joe made sure trench was neatly and exactly dug to service the pipe replacement and kept he jobsite specific and neat. I highly recommend Rays PLUMBING for all mountain plumbing needs. They respond immediately and are capable of any job.

I called out Rays Plumbing to replace our busted water main line and he arrived in a timely manner. However, his pricing is well above the norm. His cost was just about double what I paid from another local plumber for the exact same work. I do expect every trades person to make a profit but to be double over the rest is why I gave 1 star.

My shower valves needed to be replaced and they were behind the remodeled tile from 10 years ago. Ray's crew was here about an hour after my frantic call for help. They came, assessed the situation and told me, ""Anything's possible (to fix),"" and got to work! My tile had to be chipped out and Steve did an AMAZING job of chipping those little suckers out to make the work area more ""workable."" They spent about an hour doing a job that would have taken me 3 days! Very professional, very honest, and a very Rad shower fix! I will continue to use Ray's and this is the 3rd time that Ray has worked on our plumbing. Highly recommend!! Thank you again, Ray and Crew (Joe, Steve, Maurice).

Our first plumber was not able to clear my kitchen sink drain because his snake was not strong enough to clear it. I was left with leaky pipes under my sink after he ""replaced them"". 1st plumber said he would need to install new pipes, but couldn't do it till the next morning.
BUT, when I called Ray's Plumbing... Steve and his partner came to my residence and repaired the leak under my sink. Then they cleared the kitchen sink clog and didn't need to replace any piping under the house. They were so professional, understanding, and shared insight on how to take preventative measures in avoiding future plumbing issues. My plumbing issues were handled in an hour. THANK YOU RAY'S PLUMBING!!!

I called to get an estimate on some sewer line root balls found during inspections when I bought my house a few months ago. Not only did they come out the next day to inspect they also were able to do the repair work. Next day work is unheard of these days and they were much more reasonable on the pricing than the original inspector's estimate. Joe kept me informed on progress as I wasn't home at the time, sending pictures and letting me know how it was going. I highly recommend Ray's and will have them back out soon for some other needed repairs!
