I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so painful I had to do it. This company has the worst customer service, it took them 6 weeks and many communications to give me a price and information on the unit I wanted, then the price was quoted initially increased by $400 the day before their second attempt to install the unit in my house. Finally I called off the service and found different company to install comparable unit $1000 cheaper.

An update on my review: Dave S,, Bus Manager, immediately contacted me and resolved my issue with a full refund within 24 hours. That is very impressive.

Apparently leaving a mess of pipes by the front door is acceptable. If you enjoy extra plumbing cost to clean up their mess and to trouble shoot their problem then Rayne is the service for you.

Taking your money every month isn't a problem unless there is an issue
We had our reverse osmosis system removed after water damage under our kitchen sink not acknowledged let alone addressed and, discovering we had to pay for the labor to fix the issue with the only the part covered under their guarantee/warranty.
The manager I spoke with told me it was enough of an issue to get the cost of the parts covered by the manufacturer providing them to Rayne.
Sounds like a bad business deal if Rayne Water has to work that hard to be refunded for parts from a contracted vendor...
More important, there was NOTHING verbally mentioned or in our work order that stated WE had to pay for labor costs.
Ask questions and get what you want in writing down to the last detail if you deal with this company. .

I just wanted to share my latest experience with Rayne Water Conditioning. The other morning I called and asked for their Customer Service Manager, Dave Jackson. When we had Rayne install our reverse osmosis drinking water system, Dave told me if I ever needed something, to call him. Recently, we became concerned regarding what the reverse osmosis removed from our water. Dave Jackson personally delivered a detailed printout to our home that day, which alleviated our concerns. Now that's great customer service!

Spoke to the manger about getting a RO system installed, and he was the most condescending and rude person I've talked to from a local business. Will not be giving this company our business.

I called rayne water company today for a quote , they had a guy come talk to me at noon , I canceled when I found I had av5 year contract with culligan, the young man ask if he could see my system , he said he could help get out of my contract
I said ok
Well ..... he got me out of my contract and I'm now buying my system not renting and my payment is less than with culligan and
He said my water will taste better .
My friend wants her water tested and he already made an app with my friend for tomorrow
