My parents just recently had a Rayne system installed at their Goleta home. They couldn't be happier.

We had been using a water softener we'd bought 20 years ago up until now. Over time, it began to lose its integrity and eventually we had to turn it off. My dad didn't want to continue maintaining it on his own, so figured he'd have it replaced.

The technician who had assisted us (I believe his name was Jacob) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got the new system installed and running properly. He also went inside to ensure that the system was working okay. During the process, he noticed that our water pressure was dangerously high (to the point where it was borderline scary to shut off the shower), and promptly fixed it without charging us. Additionally, he hauled away our clunky old softener which was helpful for us.

Love having soft water and a manageable water pressure now. We look forward to years of enjoyment with our new Rayne system. Thanks, Jacob and team!

I had a great experience with Rayne Water in setting-up a water conditioning unit in my home. The process was easy, and my home clearly needed the unit as my water tested with a great deal of hardness. Of course, it would in Santa Barbara. The sales manager who came to my home, Bill, was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions, and made the sign-up process effortless. The unit was installed within a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the soft water. I immediately noticed a difference in how my dishes came out of the dishwasher with no clouding, and I don't have to use as much detergent or soap. I highly recommend Rayne Water!

I recently called Rayne Water Conditioning in Santa Barbara after mulling over various options. I set an appointment for them to come explain about water conditioning for my home. Dave Jackson came out to my house. Besides being very friendly, his explanation was most informative. I decided to proceed with the purchase of the water softener and a reverse osmosis system.
The installer, Juan Alfaro, came out 2 days later when I was able to be there and did an excellent job installing my equipment.

I'm very happy with my decision and I highly recommend using Rayne. I especially liked dealing with Dave Jackson who is a lifetime resident of Santa Barbara and was very familiar with the best options for my situation.

I was very pleased with the service I received by Juan today. Not only did he arrive at the beginning of the time frame we were given, but he was friendly and curteous. He discovered our water pressure was way to high and informed me that this could cause damage to our pipes and water heater. Yikes! He then gave us some bottled water, as we had to shut down our filtration system until the water pressure issue is fixed. Very customer service oriented.

I was unsure of what type of water softener and filter to get for a new home we were moving into. I knew that using a water pitcher with a filter just wouldn't cut it anymore and how the hard water trashed our clothes and appliances the last 10 years.
We were excited about our new place and wanted to do it right. After doing a lot of research I still wasn't sure of the best route to take. I spoke to a couple of local plumbers I knew to be reliable as well as neighbors and the consensus was a whole house softener, filter and RO system.
Now, who to call? I tried Rayne since the builder suggested them and I spoke with Dave. I had many questions; he was very patient and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. They came out the very next day and installed everything in a flash and neatly, too AND at a lower price than others.

So far we are very satisfied with the water and service. Today I received a call from Dave asking how everything was and I had more questions which were explained to my satisfaction.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came home on Friday to find my cold taps not working, I asked my husband to see if there was a problem. He found that the soft water tank had been removed. It being Friday afternoon the company was closed. I have family and friends coming this weekend and called Saturday to have the issue resolved. Apparently, the removal of the tank is not an ""emergency"" and i should not have called. My husband and i have been paying customers for over a year. I even spoke with the general manger who was just as rude, blaming, and unprofessional as the tech. How companies that treat customers this way stay in business is beyond me!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they are fine taking your money but not fine when they have made an error!!!!!!!!!!!!!
