Had a softener and reverse osmosis systems with Rayne for years, then suddenly another company came and took over my service from Rayne.  Luckily, I contacted the real Rayne of Santa Monica at 310-773-0457 and let me know the other company isn't a Rayne Dealer anymore, which is why they tried to take my business from Rayne.  Figured I'd share my experience here since they mentioned it's happened to a lot of customers in the area.  The office was very knowledgeable and nice, and David was super helpful and made it a painless change back to Rayne and even gave me the first 2 months FREE.  Happy to be back with Rayne Water!

When I bought my home 13 years ago I really wanted to whole house filter. They are super expensive. The man at Rayne told me about their rental sytem which I have had ever since. It's affordable. They change the tank every 6 months and I don't have to be home. But best of all the water is great. No chlorine in my showers. Great for the garden. Better for the plumbing. An all around win. One of the best investments for my family's health I've ever made.

In all that time I have received the best service...our water is always soft...the tank exchange is always made on a timely basis and we have had no problems of any kind. When we built our house we chose their service over having a conditioning unit built in that we had to service ourselves and are so happy we made that choice.
