I was referred to Richie and Rayne Water Conditioning by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I was provided. Richie is very professional, honest, and fully explained what my issue was and how to resolve it. He was able to take care of the job sooner than expected which was great news to our family. If you have a plumbing issue, hands down this is place I would call for help. I've dealt with other plumbers before, and it doesn't get better than this!

My water softener was not working, I contacted Rayne and they sent out their tech Richie Sanchez. Richie was very friendly and went above my expectation to fix the problem. He had us back to our soft water and I couldn't be happier.

I have rented from Rayne Water of San Jose for many years and am very pleased with the service. If I've had a problem they immediately respond. I have missed deliveries when I've been gone on the delivery days and they are courteous and arrange to have a delivery made at my convenience. The delivery person, Nick, often will come later in the day for a delivery attempt if he has missed me in the morning. He is courteous and professional. Barbara B

I would leave 10 stars if I could for Rich Sanchez from Rayne. Our water was a little less than terrible before he came to my house and installed a reverse osmosis water system. Now our water is amazing! You would think it came from a natural spring located under our house now! The water quality is incredible.

In addition.... He was on time, very friendly and really knew what he was doing! You can tell that Rich is the head honcho. He was in and out in a matter of a couple of hours. His professionalism is un-parallel.

I also referred Rich and Rayne to one of my friends and she was very pleased with his work as well! Thanks Rich and Rayne! I will use your services if ever needed again in the future. Make sure to ask for Rich aka Richie! :)

In a nutshell. The rudest, most obnoxious tank exchange delivery person I have ever experienced. I mentioned to the older delivery man that our water wasn't soft. He rudely responded "" you probably didn't pay your bill"". I ignored his comment and asked if he could test my water. He rudely responded "" listen lady I don't test water, I only exchange tanks"". We have switched to a Culligan tank exchange and couldn't be happier.

We have been receiving monthly soft water service from Rayne for over 2 years now. They took out an old system that we maintained and now bring out a new, recharged cylinder tank each month. What a difference it makes in maintaining clean shower glass and eliminating mineral build up on fixtures, dishes and glasses, not to mention just how good it feels on your skin. Their monthly service is reliable. When I forgot and locked my garage door, they called me to let me know that they couldn't access the garage to change the tank. Have been very pleased with their service.

We used Rayne's water purification systems since the early 2000's. We have always had good service and been extremely satisfied. We recently replaced our system with a new one in our San Jose home, but decided to rent it instead of buying the new one. The reasonable monthly rental insures that any repairs for costly filters, leaks, etc. is taken care of by Rayne. We are very satisfied with the service and with having the convenience of delicious drinking water right from a tap mounted on our sink.
