Trying to rent their Lynx drinking water filtration system and after 3 times still couldn't have it woking for me. As soon as the technician left the red lights started blinking, just like magic. Was never able to get through to anyone with their after hour service. Such bad service and bad product. Im surprised at myself for putting up with them during the last 2 weeks.

it started with a great customer service from Angie Salazar. She answered all my questions and set me up for installation in no time .Very Pleasant person to work with .This morning at around 10:00am they came to my house and installed my new system . They sent me a gentleman called RICHIE. What a pleasant, polite, professional and efficient guy he is. I showed him were all needed to be installed and got out of his face so he can do his job with no interruptions and sat in my back yard . in 20 minutes he called me and told me that he is already done !! went over the operation of the system in details . no mess no stress . Richie IT WAS GREAT MEETING YOU .and I will recommend you to all my family and friends . I already gave Rayne a referral for my neighbor and I believe they are installing his system today or tomorrow. Thank you all !

We were serviced twice by Bobby and once by Richie. Both individuals were extremely friendly and helpful, although Bobby, being the veteran of the two, was the one to help when our system kept making this extremely annoying alarm sound due to an internal leak. However, we were pleased with both of Rayne's employees as they showed up and did everything in a timely manner.

I was referred to Richie and Rayne Water Conditioning by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I was provided. Richie is very professional, honest, and fully explained what my issue was and how to resolve it. He was able to take care of the job sooner than expected which was great news to our family. If you have a plumbing issue, hands down this is place I would call for help. I've dealt with other plumbers before, and it doesn't get better than this!
