I needed my filter replaced under my kitchen sink, so I called Rayne Water and scheduled a service call. The company scheduled my appointment immediately. I was able to schedule the service call for within a couple of days. The two service technicians (Andrew & Sean) were very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The guys were also very nice and polite. This experience was very positive.

Moved to Valencia in 1997. Went with Rayne with salt for soft water treatment and then switched to Culligan for tanks. Their service was terrible so we switched back to Rayne many years ago.
We're extremely happy and Daren is great about switching out the tank no matter how hard we make it for him with junk in our garage.

Rayne tech Park Mackenzie came to my home to check my water softener that seemed to not be producing the type of soft water I am accustomed to from my system. Expertly within minutes he diagnosed two parts that needed replacement. He had the parts on hand in his truck and replaced them on the spot which was wonderful to not have to wait for parts to be ordered. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service were much appreciated as he thoroughly answered my questions about my system.
