I had a install scheduled with Rayne Water. A technician, John Sitterle, arrived as scheduled. He promptly introduced himself and quickly assessed the install. He briefly explained what he was going to do and where the unit should be placed. He was courteous, efficient, and got the job done right.
So far, I'm happy with the unit and definitely the service I received.

Our service person, John S., showed up on time and, even though our house is in the middle of a kitchen reconstruction, he was able to get the drinking water system installed really quickly and efficiently. How he did that with all the chaos in the kitchen I don't know, but in less than an hour we had fresh drinking water from the sink and the fridge. He got the water tank installed in the garage in a flash as well. Excellent service! Highly recommend Rayne!

Living in the SCV, I finally had enough of hard water. From faded clothes, dry skin and hair, and hard water stains on faucets and even the fridge water...I was ready for a change! I filled out a form on the Rayne website and was contacted the very next day. We set up someone to come by and after talking to the salesman, I made another appointment for the install. Install almost went off without a hitch, but the sales person mistakenly said we already had a key code for the garage. We don't! Jose, the technician, was awesome. He was able to install one for us and called to make sure we weren't charged for the inconvenience. The total install was under 30 minutes. Since the water softener was installed we have had soft clothes, hair, faces, hands, everything! And no more hard water stains! When the technician comes to change out the tank, he is fast and there is no mess. Highly recommend. They came recommended by a friend and I will continue to recommend them!

Have used Rayne Water for soft water for years now, they've been great all of this time and have always had excellent customer service. So far so good. Clyde came by my new home to offer a free installation and first month water conditioning system; he was very pleasant and right to the point. John S. came by to install. Everything he said has been on point. John was most pleasant and very informative. I highly recommend the trial. Thank you both. I look forward to trying the system at no cost for the first month. Day one....doing good so far. I already feel the difference.

John Sitterle came to install our new water softening system today. He was polite and quick with his job. There was a small issue with the installation, but he came back quickly to fix it.

I like the professionalism of this company and their adherence to COVID safety measures. John wore a mask and made sure to keep 6+ feet of distance. I also appreciate the fast return to fix the issue with the system.

Even though I'm still waiting for the water to be installed, this review is about Andy the sales rep. He was very sweet and personable, funny but knowledgeable. He was patiently answering to all the questions we had and explained all the options that they have to offer. We never felt pressured nor that he was pushy. He deserves 5 stars!!!
