I called RAYNE Santa Clarita, beacause I thought I needed a whole house system due to a leak. Andy the salesman came out and discovered my hose had just been dislodge from the wall, keep in mind this was not RAYNE equipment. We started talking about drinking water because I am on a well. I did not know they had a product that could be attached to my sink. I ordered it and two days later John came to install. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. Andy did not do the annoying sales pitch lol. I highly recommend.

He seems very knowledgeable and he didn't have any issue in servicing the unit. He was very thorough and considerate left the area clean the way he found it. He also advise me to flush the tank at least once before drinking the water. And before he left he told me to call and reach out to him if there is any issue. Nice guy....

Excellent initial and ongoing service at a very reasonable price for reverse osmosis. The customer service phone assistance is great as are the techs. Today John came and changed out the filters (which is included in the monthly price) and his work was clean and efficient.

I decided recently to add a Reverse Osmosis system to my house, along with a water softener, and a whole house filtration system. The reason I did this with Rayne is because of the great reputation they had, and because of the referrals I had received from friends and family about their service. The sales consultant who came out was professional and helpful and the service technician, John S., was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The service has been fantastic and the company's responsiveness has been refreshingly fast and thorough. I'm happy with this company for a few reasons. First, they deliver a quality product and service; their employees are professional and compassionate; and their service is excellent. I truly appreciate the fact that they value me as a customer. I highly recommend them for your water softening and purification needs.

I requested to move the tank outside my garage and John S provided excellent service. He is skilled, knowledgeable and also recommended the best location for the tank outside the garage. He also removed the old pipes from the garage that are not needed anymore due to relocation of the tank. He was very courteous and explained the process well before doing the work.

I had John S do my soft water j stallion today. Initially I was told by other companies that they would ah e to cut a substantial amount of drywall which I didn't want them to do. John came in and figured a way to do the I stall correctly and cleanly without having to cut the drywall. He was extremely professional and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend and if you get Rayne ask for John S to do your install.
