Nothing but excuses and lies!! If this is what you are looking for , this is your company. I have been a customer for over twenty years and am now sitting on hold waiting for a response after 20 minutes of excuses why they have not come out to change tanks in three weeks. I was told two days ago that they were sorry they missed delivery but will certainly be there Thursday to change tanks. It is now Friday and I am on hold and no tank! They can't even talk to me about this problem. They said "" I don't know why he didn't show up"". Then they put me on hold AGAIN!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Andrew Maeda from Rayne Water Conditioning!  I had a ton of questions about a whole house water filtration system and he spent a full 30 minutes of his time on a call explaining everything to me!  He's incredibly knowledgable, patient, helpful and reassuring.  I highly recommend him for your water filtration needs!!!

I am having trouble with my unit. We get white water when it runs.
I have called the office 4 times and left messages, too, I can't seem to get anyone out here to fix it. This has been going on for over a week.

We moved into the Harvest of Limoniera Community in Santa Paula, CA where they do not let you drain out your softwater brine into the drains. Called Rayne to setup a softwater exchange system to be swapped out by them every wednesday on a weekly basis.

After install on Monday 12JUL2021, have not received an exchange yet and they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

Try calling their office and it says they are open from 9 am to 4 pm or so every weekday but behold you call during their office hours and the answer machine picks up saying their office is currently closed and to call back during their office hours.

They are obviously having some major issues. I recommend everyone to stay away from this company until they get their stuff together. They can't even respond to messages at this time.

We have used Rayne for the past 10 years, and in general never had any major issues with them, until 2021. We asked them to come out and check on our daul-tank water softener which has not been performing as it should. They came out and gave us a quote to replace the resin, the o-rings and a few other parts that are necessary to bring the unit back up to proper working condition. Fair enough and I understand as I've done this manually on another unit that I personally bought for another home. They were charging almost double the cost for every part, making the parts replacement cost more than the actual unit if I were to buy it online and do it myself. After asking about the pricing and options, they stopped responding to emails. They won't take my calls. They won't call me back after leaving a voicemail, and they are charging us $100 for not doing any work. Do yourself a favor and don't work with them as they are garbage, overpriced, and customer service is the worse I've seen from any company.

I switched to Rayne water after having problems with a different company. Now I'm sorry because this is is even worse. I wouldn't be writing this review but after several phone calls there is still no change. The problem is my deliveries keep being missed. It would appear that there is no driver for my route so that means no delivery and they don't have a way to make it up. This has been going on for 3 months now and while they do credit my account for the missed deliveries, after I call, it doesn't solve my need for soft water. I would not recommend this company!!!

My water softener was not working. I called for service. The guy came out looked at the machine and said there was a plug that wasn't plugged in. He was here 5 min. I paid the service fee. I noticed that it still wasn't working because the pellets weren't going down and called back. It took months to get an appt and then they didn't show up. I rescheduled and a different guy came out and took the entire machine apart and told me that a part was rusted so it wouldn't turn on automatically. The part was $350, so he set it to turn on every 4 days. 2 days later it started leaking. I called back. Again I couldn't get an appt for a month and they told me to turn off the system and that there would be no charge for the service. They came out and said nothing was wrong. I got a $100 bill in the mail for the service that there was supposed to be no charge for. Also, the system is still leaking. I called rayne and the new person working said that the person I spoke with last time wasn't there anymore and that they didn't put any notes in the computer, so I have to pay the bill. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she wasn't available and that she would leave a message. I've left a total of 5 messages and nobody calls back. My system still isn't working properly. I'm fed up with rayne water and would NEVER buy a system through them again.

I have had my system 3 years. On my 2nd system. This one broke also. Took a month for them to come out. No parts to fix it on the truck. Repair man said they can not get parts. So we asked about other systems. He said someone would call us. No one has. No one in the office answering phones.
So we will be going to use another company. By the way, they do not deserve 1 star.

Horrible! They honestly don't know what they are doing. I have had to make two trips there to get different parts. When I call they have no clue and always put you on hold. They installed units in our home and cannot even get what parts are needed straight! It is so frustrating to work with a business like this.

After 3 years of using a rented unit for softening, it quit working. Trying to get a person to check it was impossible. They did, however, expect payment for a unit that wasn't working and they weren't available to fix in a timely fashion. Very disappointed with the customer service.
