Wow! I can't even begin to explain the level of customer service provided by Beau and Adriana! Beau set me up with reverse osmosis and water softener, living out in Piru - it's basically a necessity. I've been letting neighbors/residents of our community know about Rayne water as they have proven to be friendly, informative and Spanish speaking as a vast majority of my neighbors are Spanish speaking only. I can't wait for my install date Friday! I know some neighbors have already been set up and it has been a real delight to see how happy everyone is about not having to carry those 5 gallon jugs up and downstairs! Thank you Adriana and Beau, you guys are awesome! I will update after installation!

As a previous customer of Rayne at my old house, I knew the service and product were top notch. So I immediately called the company when it came time for a water softening system at my new place.

What I wasn't prepared for was the killer deal that Beau Rawlings offered me. As a former customer, I got free installation on both my tank setup and a newest generation reverse osmosis filtration system in my kitchen sink (the latter at a remarkably reasonable monthly rental price). They also threw in two free months on both systems.

Rayne's employee showed up promptly on the day we agreed on and had both systems installed in a few hours with no hassle or problems since.

Just met with Beau to go over water softener options. He was prompt, informed and extremely professional. My service is set to begin next week and I'm so happy to have soft water again! This company has been easy to work with so far and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them!

Wow where do I begin. Worst company ever. We have been with Rayne for about 3 years and our problems(
Started about a year ago when our household increased from 2 to 6 people.

We asked to upgrade to the largest tank they have and pay for it to be changed weekly which to me means
Empty or not.

Well it's apparent that Someone is too lazy to do their job cause we constantly run out of soft water. We get the run around every-time we call. They lie and say it was changed when it wasn't. We have a surveillance camera for one and Living in Fillmore where the water is super hard we know right away when we out. It's a nightmare with my husband having to call almost every week to ask why we have no soft water. Why wasn't the tank changed. Even the general mgr has promised to bring it out himself if it isn't changed and that doesn't happen either. I'm not sure where they get their drivers but they are killing this companies business. I pay for a service I'm not getting and I'm getting tired of playing their games.
