Driver left my garage door open. Neighbor eventually called me as it had been open for 6 hours. I let customer service know they seemed to have the attitude like is normal thanks we will let the driver know. He also left the cover open on the remote pad. Looks like someone was in a real hurry.

We purchased a Guardian 1250 Softener unit from Rayne Water, Irvine. The unit is a replacement for our 17-year-old RXD unit. Still working but at a reduced level of efficiency. I called the office (the Irvine office which is the office that covers my geographical area). The on-duty technician, Andrew, discussed my unit and issues that I was having via phone and exchange of photos. After a lengthy discussion, the decision came down to a new unit or the cost of rebuilding the old unit BUT with the likelihood I will have future problems and may not be able to get replacement parts.
The unit has improved performance and ease of changing settings.
The technician that came to the house was Refugio who was outstanding-professionalism, understanding of my preferred installment and location position, cleaned up and was on time, courteous.
Rayne is high end as far as price and quality but be aware you get what you pay for. You can check the internet, so there is no mystery about this fact. The peace of mind that the job is done right the first time, knowing that I can call in anytime with questions and I will get a knowledgeable person on the line and if there is a future problem Rayne will stand behind their products. Rayne is trustworthy and reliable because all regional facilities fall under the corporate umbrella unlike some companies who franchise, leading to variable quality of service

We just moved to Santa Clarita and had our system set up this afternoon by Park Mackenzie. He was on time, polite, explained how the system works and was excellent in answering my questions!!

I like Rayne very much and have used them for years without issue. My only complaint is that, whenever they come to change out the tank, they leave the truck running in front of the house the entire time. It's not just wasteful--it also fills up the front of my house with fumes when my windows are open. Would like to see their drivers stop being so environmentally unfriendly.

Their water softener broke early morning before the office opened, leading to super loud noises and woke everyone up. Worse, the water sprinkler in our front door gushed out, splashing water to our front door and home. I called and left an emergency voicemail, which stated that someone will call me in 15 minutes. Nobody did.
I called again at 8 AM when the office opened, and the rep named Jerrod (?) who answered just put me on hold after I said it's an emergency, without even hearing me out.
After the hold, he was mainly concerned about verifying whether I called earlier and left an emergency call. When I inquired about service to address the emergency, he said he might be able to dispatch someone and just hang me up.
I called again later to inquire about the inspection time, and Jerrod (same rep again) said no one can come due to schedule conflict. He also said it's my equipment and Rayne is not responsible for defects, despite the fact that I purchased their softener AND Rayne serviced this softener previously.
This is the product and service I received from Rayne.

This company replaced 3 filters of our drinking water under sink and charged us $500 for a 15 mints of the work. Almost $300 dollars for the filters and $200 dollars service charge. This amount is very unusual and very high. Our efforts to get a discount did not go anywhere, and their response was very rude and impolite. Changing the drinking water filter under the sink is very easy and does not take more than 15 minutes. It requires a circular wrench, which is not difficult to obtain. You or an ordinary handyman can easily do it. We are very unhappy with the large amount we paid for this simple work . We will never repeat this mistake anymore and not recommend them to anyone.

This is the original Rayne Water company. They are very helpful to solve your water issue. I worked with them on a soft water solution for my home. I highly recommend them.
