I did a lot of research on water softening systems. Make no mistake about it, you cannot soften water without salt. Do not listen to those commission salesmen from other companies who try to talk you into something that does it all in one.

I've had this machine for a year now. It's been a workhorse with no issues. Had one minor problem that came up. Made a phone call. Came out very quickly. They sent their amazing representative John K who was quick and efficient. He solved the problem in no time. A true expert in the industry.

We have been utilizing Rayne Water for over 30 years as our water softener company. During these years, we have never had any problems with our equipment. We have been extremely pleased with the service we receive, including the office staff, specifically Phoenix, who knows the true meaning of excellent customer service.
Their delivery men are so personable, considerate and courteous. They exchange our soft water tanks once a month and are always on time and are mindful of our vehicles as our soft water tanks are located in our garage.
We have been offered services by other companies, however, we will NOT change our service. Rayne Water is a wonderful company. All staff members and delivery personnel make a great experience. Don't waste your money on the Rest...when you can have the Best!!!!!! A Continued Loyal Customer.

Richard has been so great at changing our soft water tanks every other week. He is always polite and a pleasure to work with. He spent all the time it would take in order to make sure the leak was fixed and my water could be turned back on without any issues.
