i bought their basic system 13 years ago and it supposed to last 20 years as they said when I bought it. we serviced it few times and at beginning the service people know their job and also their price was reasonable, but the last few years they come and do nothing and charge you , it seems to me they business is not doing well and just want your money, their services not good and also people in customer service doesn't know how to talk to people
If you want to buy water softener please check another companied, I am sure they do better job.

Adam came out to service our water softener today. I just had the worst experience with Rayne Water. I live in Rancho Bernardo. I had to have my Rayne Water system disconnected because of a water leak and subsequent damage to kitchen cabinets that had to be rebuilt. When they were done in June I called Rayne to reconnect my system and I couldn't get an appointment until today, September 25th. The technician showed up and told me I would need a new filter because the system had been sitting idle for so long. I called the main office to dispute it because it wasn't my fault they couldn't get back out for 2 1/2 months. I spoke to Argentina and she was so rude I was shocked. She wouldn't work with me at all. After I hung up she secretly called the technician back and told him to sneak out of my house. Can you believe it?!?! The water system was fine but their customer service is the worse.
