we have been using Rayne for several years and the service has been very good. we recently called them to ask them to disconnect our equipment for a few days because we are putting in an epoxy floor in our garage and need the equipment out of the way. they were very prompt and came out today and our service tech Drayton was friendly and helpful. they will come back next week and reconnect our equipment.

The RO unit we had owned for more than ten years finally had to be replaced. I called Rayne Water and Latif came out to install our new unit. He was on-time, pleasant and efficient. Made special effort to be neat and tidy, which I appreciate, even though the unit is in our garage. Thanks to Latif and Rayne Water Conditioning we have sweet water again, with a new tank, etc. Well done, Latif!

We just got our service installed. The installation technician, Joe Tridle, was punctual, friendly, and thorough. He was faced with a bigger job than expected because the initial sales representative did not visualize our setup in person but only virtually, but completed it without complaints. He did nice work and the system seems to be working smoothly. The sales representative Donnie Echols was really responsive and helpful as well, although him not seeing my home did lead to almost having to postpone my installation had Joe not been willing to remove hardware from the wall and move things around. Hopefully the system will work well without issues.

Purchased a system. About a year later called them to inquire how to reset the clock in the machine. They don't provide a manual. It's a simple question that could have been answered on the phone. They said they would send someone over. They never brought up it would be a technician not did they advise there was a charge. We assumed it was the sales guy that sold it to us. A guy showed up. Showed me how to turn a wheel to set the clock. Was there for no more than 2 minutes. A few weeks later I got a bill for $110. When I called to discuss they argued with me and hung up on me.

The experience in purchasing and having a water softener installed was a good one. Rayne sales rep Dave and install tech Latif took the time to explain everything, and answered all the Qs I had about buying, timelines for install, how the device works, etc. Happy with everything done and looking forward to the VIP service!
