Our Rayne tech yesterday was ADAM. He was on time, very courteous, professional and provided superior customer service. We have a system that Rayne installed back in the 80's(?) when my parents saw their demo at the Del Mar fair(!).

We have an account with them that provides us service calls from them whenever we need them for no additional charge, plus they come out whenever the filter needs changing at no additional charge.

So, the water kinda started tasting ""off,"" and we called Rayne on Friday and they were here on Monday. Love that. They will come out for any little reason like that.

The thing that impressed me about ADAM, was that he went BEYOND average. He welcomed my questions and showed me what he was doing and explained the water quality testing he was doing so that I could understand it - and he was not bothered by the extra time it was taking. He waited for the water quality to return (after flushing) to an acceptable PPM ratio before he left (but wanted to make sure we didn't have anymore questions too). He was genuinely interested in our satisfaction and demonstrated that he appreciated our business.

The peace of mind we receive, along with better health from drinking high quality RO water, AND the customer satisfaction we experience with Rayne and their professional and knowledgeable techs and office staff, (never had a bad one), makes it worth the minimal expense we pay. One less thing we have to think about. Thanks Rayne!

Adam takes service to another level! In a time where it is almost impossible to find true professionals, Adam is that and more. He took the time to make us feel like we are important customers to him and his company instead of treating us as just another service call. We already think Rayne Water is a wonderful company and with Adam on their squad, it just got a whole lot better!

Adam installed the water softener and the RO system in a thoughtful manner, making sure to clarify the plan, the next steps, etc. As a new homeowner I felt Adam was taking care of this installation as if it was his own.
