Technician Latif came out to replace the filters in our reverse osmosis water system. He arrived within the time frame quoted. He was friendly, worked quickly but very thorough. We discussed that he has come out to service our unit in the past. It's good to know there is consistency within the organization. Thanks Latif and Rayne!

bad company to deal with and to many fees n charges that they never mention about in the future if anything happen and every time you call them if something goes wrong, they do charge you $110 per half hour

We've been using Rayne water for 5 years in multiple rental properties. The customer service is wonderful and the price is right. We currently live in a place with terrible water quality and they have come out to change our filter multiple times. David is especially wonderful every time he comes to our home. My dog barely even barks at him anymore. He's kind, knowledgable, and does an excellent job. We'll never use anyone else for our water. Beats bottled water by miles and is cheaper!

The system is good but the office customer service is ridiculously terrible, very negative they need to work on attitude and quotes. We have been with them for 7 yrs and had to call for service several times the young lady does not give an appropriate attitude she automatically states its 110. For every half hour mind you I have doubt with her on our other system. Very terrible we decided to pull out and get new system

I stopped into the Rayne Water office today and was helped by Argentina. She went above and beyond expectations to help me figure out what filters I needed, etc.... I don't know much about filters and could have easily replaced all 4 of my filters, which I asked to do. They pulled up my account and let me know that I only needed 3 out of 4 filters which saved me a good amount of money. I really appreciate their customer service and honesty. So happy that I purchased my second whole house softener and reverse osmosis from Rayne. I definitely recommend this company and their products since I have been a customer since 2008!
