We recently installed a water softener from Rayne Water. Dan Noonan was great to work with explaining the entire system from a chemistry point of view and was very patient as I was 30 minutes late to our consultation. The price was right compared to the other companies and Dan set us up with 12 months 0% financing. We were really surprised we could feel and taste the difference.

My garden is happy too. Thanks to Dan for providing potassium chloride tabs and with the empty bag for reference I bought three more at Costco for super cheap. Potassium is much better than salt for the environment and your health.

My wife loved installer Don's knowledge and professionalism, he also helped me troubleshoot a washing machine issue after install.

I am beyond pleased with and grateful for our experience with Dan Noonan and Rayne Water Conditioning!
Our appliances seem to getting newer since we had the soft water system put in. Our dish washer and tea kettle were building up awful mineral crud and it's all gone, only after 6 months! And the drinking water is delicious. Anytime we've had questions or concerns, Dan and his team has been extremely responsive. We've had Rayne maintenance workers visit our home to check on the system and they've been helpful, going above and beyond, and they feel trustworthy. As a mother, with children at home, it's nice to feel comfortable with the maintenance people working at my home. Thank you for everything, Dan and Rayne.

My husband and I recently moved to Arizona and discovered how horrible tasting the drinking water was. We had an out dated reverse osmosis system that was not working correctly. I had emailed several companies asking for a phone call back. Dan Noonan promptly returned my call and we set up a time for him to come over for a consultation. He tested our drinking water and we discussed what our options were. We chose their top-of-the-line reverse osmosis system. We have had it now in our home for three weeks and the water is simply fabulous! What a difference!! We also have the line ran to our refrigerator for the water and ice. Before I couldn't even have any ice in my water because I couldn't stand the taste. The two gentlemen that came out to install our system were very nice and professional. As far as the water system is concerned, it is a great system well worth the price.

When it comes to customerservice of the Phoenix Arizona office it is horrible. They mislead customers into thinking they need a full service at a cost of $75 when they know all they need is new filters which the customer can do themselves for $25.

If you use this company make sure you ask a lot of questions, especially about cost. No one needa a $75 service call for something they can do themselves.

Had Rayne of Phoenix (15602 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85032) service our RO system. Service was good and the charge for labor was fair. My complaint concerns the charge for replacement filters. Rayne charged $200. RO mfg sells them on-line for about $70. After I saw the bill, I contacted Rayne to make sure there was no error. The response: The invoice is correct, that is the price we charge for those filters.

I don't mind a little markup but nearly three times my cost (185% markup) is pretty outrageous in my opinion.

In April, I signed a contract to buy a Rayne Water Softener unit which I was charged $2800.00 and the contract states that it was to be installed in my garage. The installer came and installed it in my backyard in the direct sunlight which was against my wishes. But the installer was a bully and lied and said that they couldn't install it in my garage because I did not want a bush destroyed and the HOA would not allow it. This was so untrue.. They paid to have a sunscreen covering it. But I have called and talked with another Rayne sales person only to learn that since my unit is electronic that the heat reaching 120 degrees in summer could possibly ruin the mechanism of the electronic unit. And the salesman informed me that the unit price for this same unit is priced at $600.00 cheaper than I was charged. The salt run guy said that he put 50# of salt in the unit and I had checked the day before and there was no need for additonal salt. The manager was so uncooperative and stated that they never add portions of the 50#. So untrue. They all were lying and impossible to deal with. In the least, I should think that they would refund me for the overcharge of $600.00. The manager, Christy is impossible to negotiate with. The unit could fail me in the summertime and for that I am not sure until it happens. But in any event, they should be responsible for the contract and perform the work as stated in the contract and I should be compensated for not complying with the contract. It has been a nightmare. I felt that since I am 79 years old that they took advantage of me because I am a woman.
