Once again, 5 stars for Jorge Arellano, who fixed a corroded pipe in my kitchen sink. The only issue I have with Rayne is not being able to get an estimate before a plumber comes out.

Our toilet wasn't flushing properly and tried plunging with to luck. We contacted a few other plumbing services who were booked. We called Rayne Plumbing, spoke with Jackie who was helpful, knowledgeable and offered an opening for service later in the day (2-4pm) with a probable quote. She was enjoyable to speak with, especially with our issue.

An HOUR after my phone call, I looked out the window to see a Rayne Plumbing Service van at my driveway!

Jorge greeted me, listened to our issue and went right to work and resolved the issue (petrap)!

Shout out to Jorge who did a meticulous job of reconstructing our main water pipe, which blew up on a Sunday morning. If you have any plumbing emergency like we did, give them a call. Highly recommend!

Our toilet pipe was leaking everywhere so we called for a plumber on a Saturday evening. He arrived promptly, but unfortunately that is where the good news ends. First off, he was not wearing a mask, which I think is rude, unprofessional behavior. Who wants unmasked strangers working in their house during a COVID surge? Then when I showed him the leaking toilet, he began to complain about the work that needed to be done. ""Oh, the tank is the in the wall. I'll have to cut it. Oh, there's no access panel. I'll have to turn off the water to the house"". Um yes... this is why we called you, the plumber. Then he claimed he charged $200 just to come out and look at the problem (after we had sent a video of the problem so it was in no way a surprise), which was not something the dispatcher had mentioned on the phone. I don't recommend Rayne plumbing at all.

Jorge did wonderful job , super friendly and had great customer service. Fixed my sink in no time , I am super thankful . It's thanksgiving week and to have someone come out what a blessing .

My Mom's water heater stopped working on a Wed aft and she had no idea who to call. We had a referral to Rayne's from our HVAC company on Thurs Morning. Mom called Thurs Morning and she had her new water heater installed by Thurs at 8pm. Yes, they work 24/7.

Rayne responded to a broken pipe which shut my elderly mother's water down. They responded immediately even though they were booked. They quickly made the repairs so my mother would not be without water for the night. They are highly ethical and the price was very reasonable! We will recommend them to all friends and family.
