On short notice Jorge came out same day to address what i thought was a broken sump pump emergency. Turns out it was just a clogged drain, which he quickly and efficiently diagnosed. Felt a bit stupid but Rayne and Jorge were supper professional and solved the problem.

Carlos is Amazing!!!! He is the most seasoned tech who is customer service friendly and knows multiple facets of not only plumbing work but additional work that is behind the scope of his companies job description. I am the Community Manager at Park Sierra in Dublin Ca and because of strong relationship with Carlos we continue to use Rayne Plumbing. Carlos is knowledgeable and admits fault and hold himself accountable. It is difficult in this industry to find people like that.

Since 2017 we have contracted all work to Rayne because of Carlos. Carlos is the backbone of the company.

Robert has been a recent addition to the Rayne Plumbing team. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done. We are happy with Robert.

I can't speak to their pricing as they were hired by my landlord, but Aaron at Rayne Plumbing was very professional. He was training a new employee but still took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, and completed the job very quickly. He also took the time to thoroughly check for leaks (he installed a new garbage disposal). Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my shower and the connector to the showerhead. I had called another plumbing company and although they were nice they were unable to fix the problem and left me hanging. So I called our condo supervisor and he recommended Rayne Plumbing. Although it took some time to schedule the first visit I was fully satisfied with the service provided. Unlike other companies I've dealt with Rayne was professional prompt courteous and offered good advice. They had to get a part and return for a second visit and didn't charge me for the first visit. And Aaron was exceptionally personable and informative. He took his time to explain to me what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it.I'm very pleased with the company and would highly recommend them.
