So having recently moved into a new home, and being tired of constantly descaling our coffeemaker, and changing expensive water filters in our previous refrigerator, we decided it was time for a water softener and a reverse osmosis water dispenser. We called Rayne and Randy came right out; clearly explained how the system works and it's benefits and quoted us a price that seemed very reasonable. It was installed two weeks later and, aside from a small issue that was quickly corrected by Rayne, the system has worked very well. We're pleased with the quality of the product, the price to install, and the service too. We're happy to recommend them.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Observe closely and compare to competitors. You will SEE the difference and get a better value in writing. Nice workers but, the old owner is bad, bad, bad.

The Sonoma County branch of this business wants to take as much money from you as possible without offering possible simple fixes as an option. YOU WILL PAY and, you will pay more than other readily available brand and services that are easier and more affordable to repair or have repaired.

I want to update my review since it's been a couple of years since they did the installation. We called them out recently for service on our system and we had a really good experience with them. The prices are reasonable and the guys aren't looking to charge you for something they don't need to be replaced. I feel like I got really great service and they were very professional. All in all I've had an excellent experience with this company. We had a lot of metal in our water and now it's so clean that I drink our tapwater.

So happy I decided to go with Rayne. I had quotes from both Culligan and Rayne and Rayne came back cheaper. At first I was a little worried that I would be skimping out on quality by going with the least expensive option, but boy was I wrong!

The quality of my water softener and reverse osmosis filter is amazing. In addition to that any time I call Randy to ask about anything related to my water softener or filter, he calls me back immediately (and I have called him quite a few times already).

On Christmas eve I had accidentally pushed a button on my softener and called and left him a message telling him he did NOT need to respond until after the holidays, and he called me back within 30 min! The service is incredible and the product is even better. So happy I chose to go with Rayne!

Randy, Matt and his crew were professional, courteous and did a really neat (as in clean and tidy) job. Everything was cleaned up after the installation and we now have soft water for the first time in a long time. A shout out to Andrew as well, Randy's son, who first talked to us about the installation at the home show.

I was referred here by Stan at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Lake County. After having Duncan Pumps for 40 years with their complete incompetence and dishonesty our treated water had high levels of lead, iron and acid. As a result we could not use the water and Duncan Pumps would not respond. I called Randy at Rayne weeping in a panic as we have my 5 yo grand daughter living here. He came the same day, was professional, kind and best of all competent! Later that week we had the purchased and installed equipment! I have received quite the education on treating well water this week. Here's what I've learned: outside test ur water frequently! Never trust ur health to someone else always double check their work. We now are drinking perfectly clean and available water and bathing and cleaning with good treated water. Thank you Randy and Rayne!

Kudos to Randy Vogel, owner of Rayne of the Wine Country. A small glitch was found following installation of a soft water system which had nothing to do with the operation of the system itself. Once Randy was aware of this he took prompt measures to have this rectified. At no time was the system affected by this minor glitch and I continued to receive the excellent service Rayne of the Wine Country is renouned for. An extremely trustworthy company!
