I'm not sure what the previous reviewer's problem was with Raymond but I've found him to be top notch. I owned a large residential remodeling company (Boa Construction in Denver) and over the course of my career I ran over a thousand jobs and worked with countless plumbers and Raymond is at the top of the charts ! His pricing is VERY fair and he shows up when he says he's going to and does a great job. 5 Stars for sure !

**BEWARE**. Raymond's over charges and will add excessive trip charges to your bill. He expects you to pay $85.00/hr for all his drive time in 1 hour increments and $85.00/hr for all labor in 1 hr increments, and up charges the parts by about 400% - 500% . He also added a second set of labor and trip charges (2 hrs) to my bill because on his first visit "he" forgot a part for my dishwasher drain pipe and he had to come back the next day to install it. I screwed up by trusting him. It wasn't until after I realized something was wrong. Stupid me payed cash and now he won't return my calls. **Hard Lesson** Try Torres Plumbing in brownsville instead.
