Since he was a young boy in Suva, Fiji, Raymond has been engaged in construction and repairs. One day, while constructing a home on the island, he met his future wife. After marrying her, he moved to America and raised two wonderful daughters. Although he left high school early, he decided to join a plumbing company. He valued the experience and made friends, yet he desired something greater. He did what neither his family nor his wife's family had ever done; he launched his own business! As an inspiration to his daughter, she has now established her own business too!
