Raymond did a faulty job installing my water heater. We had a solder joint pop several gallons of water a minute was pouring all over our basement. Fortunately it was making so much noise and I happened to be home that not too much damage was cause. However I was concerned about a fire hazard as the gas burner was still going as the water left in the tank and it was starting to boil off and was sending steam all over the place. I called Raymond for immediate help as I needed to figure how to shut everything off

When I called, rather than helping I was told someone would come in 4 or 5 hours. Even when I explained I needed immediate help to shut everything down and turn off the valves Raymond could not help and told me to call someone else. Fortunately I was able to find another Plummer who walked me through shutdown and I was able to save my basement from flooding.

Later I called back to see if Raymond would come out and look at their faulty work and repair. Raymond said they would not come out. We had someone else fix up their mistakes. In the end we came out okay but it could have be a disaster and it is clear thar Raymond has no interest in standing behind their work. We had used them for all or heating, cooling and plumbing for over 10 years but never again. Beware of these guys and use someone else!

I cannot say enough about this company. We have been a customer for three years and have always received exceptional service. Last night, on New Years, Dominic was out within 45 minutes to help us to restore our heat. Everyone we have dealt with is professional and take their time to explain things. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Very disappointed. I called early this morning cause of a sewer backup problem in my basement & reached an answering service. I Was told someone was going to call me within 30 minutes. 5 hours later still no call! Called back again and was told the same thing someone will call me back. So now I still have a sewer problem. I'm just going to call someone else. If the company was busy today, I would have appreciated a call telling me so. Again very disappointed.

The people at Raymond have been wonderful. I have the misfortune of purchasing a home with a faulty hot water tank. Raymond has been very prompt on service calls and very friendly and reasonably priced. On another note, if you are looking at buying a new hot water tank, please do NOT purchase a State brand water tank. They are a reprehensible company that produces unacceptable products that do not function properly, in 4 years, 5 repairs!
