They charged a premium to install a new cartridge for the shower/bath. Some months later the faucet began to leak again. When I informed them, I was told that I needed to take it up with the manufacturer. Very poor customer service.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company! The water co discovered a leak -- 1 gallon per minute! -- coming from a part of the pipe that was not their responsibility in my front yard. I called Raymond Hymer, and someone was here within 2 hrs and the repair was done in about 1.5 hrs. Quick, courteous and professional. Thank you so very much!
